Surprising lack of customer service Waited two business days for a quote to confirm shipping costs. Called to check on progress - nothing. The rep kept telling me how wrong I was in my understanding, cutting me off. Finally I asked her to cancel the order. No problem there except they can’t confirm cancellation because the order is ‘wiped out’. Disappointing experience.

Great Product Line! So far, I love your site and product line. My opinion might change if you wind up charging me more for shipping than people who live in the contiguous United States. I live in HI, but we have zip codes, and it doesnʻt cost any more to ship to us that other states. Iʻm currently waiting to see what youʻre going to charge me for a $31 order of three, very light weight items. Even your standard shipping seemed a bit exorbitant to me, but I would be willing to pay it, as long as itʻs not more than shipping to anywhere else in the US. Comparison charts of products would be useful Product differentiation needs to be clearer. They have so many rollers but difficult to tell them apart. The terminology is also confusing - standard density, medium density, hard, soft etc. A standardized description would help and also a comparison chart of rollers. The videos on product pages are marketing and don't provide useful information. It's amazing how companies with decent products spend on marketing...when useful content could sell the product. Shipping prices are ridiculous. My rating is for the quality of products - their site and customer communications/service can be improved

Purchased an $80 item and ended up with… Purchased an $80 item and ended up with an additional $60 in shipping and the over $60 in customs and duty. As a Canadian shopper I would not purchase from you again as this wS way too expensive and not clear up front
