Perfect Experience I bought a Sleepypod carrier for one of my small dogs. I compared prices and selection with other sites and found PetFancy to be the best. My carrier arrived quickly and packaged well. I have a lot of dogs, different sizes, and I plan to buy another carrier and a couple of Sleepypod car harnesses as well, from PetFancy. XL Sling bag My item was backordered so I knew it would take a while to arrive. Luckily it arrived in time for a trip we were taking and our dog fit perfectly in it. The bag is sturdy and she felt safe and secure in it. It is made very well and I will be ordering one for a friend. Thank you!

Purchased a Fleece Very happy with the purchase. It fit perfectly! I like the quality of the fabric, and it's such a great option for those days where pup just needs a little something to keep her warm. Delivery took longer than expected, but that would be my only concern, and I would buy again!

Love love love it!!! This carrier is the perfect size for my little 7 pound Pomeranian. She would not get in any other carrier without a little force, and I did not like that idea, especially if she would be in it for hours on a plane. It is plush and comfortable for her. Along with being just plain attractive. I bought the strawberry red, but wanted the teal, and since it was a limited edition on backorder, we could not take the chance of not getting it in time. The red one is pretty too, and matches my luggage. We also bought the pet pads in case she had a accident, and they fit well.

Customer service impressive! When Sophie's harness arrived it was too large, I ordered based on the measuring table. It was an issue because she and I were leaving to go out of town, and I needed to correct size by the following Thursday. So customer service expedited shipping at no charge to me, and sent me the next size down. They also included a return shipping label. Thanks for doing this, her safety is a priority. Also, just a side note, I have two trucks, a 1997 GMC Sierra that I owned since it was new, and a 2014 Yukon. The seat belts in the '97 require an extension, the '14 Yukon has belts that are much longer, so it doesn't need a seat belt extension. Sophie is a larger dog, so requires a longer seat belt than smaller dogs.
