GBPoor Customer Service, Good Product Placed an order in late March/early April and it was backordered. Only found that out after contacting Pet Fancy in June after not receiving the order. Was told they would be in stock in July and that I had already been notified. Received 'notification' hours after the convo. Received the package in early August. Was told that all customers waiting on this product would receive a 10% discount for the wait. Still haven't received that.

GBFirst time purchase - Great experience Purchased a Sleepypod for my cat and it arrived much sooner than I expected which was great! Came properly packaged and was exactly what I ordered. I found that they had the best pricing after doing some research and the ordering process was straightforward, making it a simple and pleasant transaction. I would definitely use PetFancy again in the future.

The person I spoke with took care of the discount and was knowledgeable about the products I was ordering. He shipped my package right out and it arrived the next day! GBPuppia Soft Mesh Dog Harness Color Red The customer service from PetFancy was perfect. However, the harness itself didn't fit, because the opening for the head was just a little too small. I ordered the harness based on the other measurements, but there was no request for a head measurement. I don't think PetFancy is responsible at all for this problem -- it's the company that offered the harness for sale -- Puppia. I would buy from PetFancy again, but probably not an item from Puppia.
