GBSpeedy Delivery and Responsive Customer Service I ordered the Sleepypod Pet Bed. PetFancy order processing was fast, and delivery was prompt. Upon receiving the package, the box label did not match my order (the color was not what I thought I ordered). I emailed customer service about it, and within 2 minutes the representative explained to me that they had run out of shipping boxes and assured me that the right colored Sleepypod was delivered to me. Overall, satisfied with the pricing of the product, timing of delivery, and responsiveness of the CSR.

GBGreat Follow Up Service Purchased an iFetch-Too ball launcher for my Airedale terrier. Came with out a charger. Called and received a charger in just two days. No fault of PetFancy but they made it right. Great Service on a $200 purchase.

GBUninformed and Late My order was marked as "processing" for over a week. No response or information. Made phone call to see where my order was and was sent to an anonymous voice mail. I was never given any good explanations on where my order was or why it was late. Eventually it did arrive, unexpected, in time for Christmas. I would not do business with them again.
