XL Sling bag My item was backordered so I knew it would take a while to arrive. Luckily it arrived in time for a trip we were taking and our dog fit perfectly in it. The bag is sturdy and she felt safe and secure in it. It is made very well and I will be ordering one for a friend. Thank you!

Perfect Experience I bought a Sleepypod carrier for one of my small dogs. I compared prices and selection with other sites and found PetFancy to be the best. My carrier arrived quickly and packaged well. I have a lot of dogs, different sizes, and I plan to buy another carrier and a couple of Sleepypod car harnesses as well, from PetFancy. Sleepypod, so far, seems to be an excellent brand. The carrier is beautiful and my Chihuahua fits in perfectly. Thank you.

Uninformed and Late My order was marked as "processing" for over a week. No response or information. Made phone call to see where my order was and was sent to an anonymous voice mail. I was never given any good explanations on where my order was or why it was late. Eventually it did arrive, unexpected, in time for Christmas. I would not do business with them again.

Poor Customer Service, Good Product Placed an order in late March/early April and it was backordered. Only found that out after contacting Pet Fancy in June after not receiving the order. Was told they would be in stock in July and that I had already been notified. Received 'notification' hours after the convo. Received the package in early August. Was told that all customers waiting on this product would receive a 10% discount for the wait. Still haven't received that.

Awesome at your fingertips. Finally, products that hold up through the wash and look good in my house!!! PetFancy products are affordable and of good quality. They also pay attention to your order. I had ordered two duvets and a fill bag which wouldn't go together. They caught the mistake, emailed me and they were able to adjust my order without me having to go back into my order to try to fix.
