Not only did I receive an update (and apologies) from them (and it was only ! week after I'd ordered!), they expedited delivery once it came in (shortly after the email update). MANY companies could learn a LOT from PetFancy! Their service will keep me coming back!

GBCustomer service impressive! When Sophie's harness arrived it was too large, I ordered based on the measuring table. It was an issue because she and I were leaving to go out of town, and I needed to correct size by the following Thursday. So customer service expedited shipping at no charge to me, and sent me the next size down. They also included a return shipping label. Thanks for doing this, her safety is a priority. Also, just a side note, I have two trucks, a 1997 GMC Sierra that I owned since it was new, and a 2014 Yukon. The seat belts in the '97 require an extension, the '14 Yukon has belts that are much longer, so it doesn't need a seat belt extension. Sophie is a larger dog, so requires a longer seat belt than smaller dogs.

GBPerfect Experience I bought a Sleepypod carrier for one of my small dogs. I compared prices and selection with other sites and found PetFancy to be the best. My carrier arrived quickly and packaged well. I have a lot of dogs, different sizes, and I plan to buy another carrier and a couple of Sleepypod car harnesses as well, from PetFancy. Sleepypod, so far, seems to be an excellent brand. The carrier is beautiful and my Chihuahua fits in perfectly. Thank you.

GBPoor Customer Service, Good Product Placed an order in late March/early April and it was backordered. Only found that out after contacting Pet Fancy in June after not receiving the order. Was told they would be in stock in July and that I had already been notified. Received 'notification' hours after the convo. Received the package in early August. Was told that all customers waiting on this product would receive a 10% discount for the wait. Still haven't received that.
