Uninformed and Late My order was marked as "processing" for over a week. No response or information. Made phone call to see where my order was and was sent to an anonymous voice mail. I was never given any good explanations on where my order was or why it was late. Eventually it did arrive, unexpected, in time for Christmas. I would not do business with them again.

Poor Customer Service, Good Product Placed an order in late March/early April and it was backordered. Only found that out after contacting Pet Fancy in June after not receiving the order. Was told they would be in stock in July and that I had already been notified. Received 'notification' hours after the convo. Received the package in early August. Was told that all customers waiting on this product would receive a 10% discount for the wait. Still haven't received that.

Purchased a Fleece Very happy with the purchase. It fit perfectly! I like the quality of the fabric, and it's such a great option for those days where pup just needs a little something to keep her warm. Delivery took longer than expected, but that would be my only concern, and I would buy again!
