I could not have a more convivial… I could not have had a more convivial experience when seeking to repair a lamp that was discarded by a neighbor after what was obviously an accidental mishap. The lamp was too enticing to not rescue. After searching I located the website and the parts needed to make the repairs. I am using the lamp at this very moment and am considering ordering a desk lamp of a like stile (the repaired item is a floor lamp).

Ordered Jan 10th Ordered Jan 10th, Cleared US/Canada customs Jan.17th at which time no longer able to track. Delivered to my home by Canada Post Jan. 24th. Considering the absolutely horrible weather in most of central and Eastern USA and Canada, this was excellent delivery service to Vancouver Island in B.C. Thank you.

I received excellent service on my… I received excellent service on my first order, despite having mistakenly ordered stands which I did not need to support my happy lights. Verilux allowed me to return the stands and reminded me that this was part of their 30-day return satisfaction guarantee. Meanwhile, I am enjoying the lights daily.

Caution........how is your product being shipped? Upon receiving my purchase, I was hopeful nothing was damaged. The packaging was very “brow-beaten”. Luckily everything was safe. It’s disappointing my purchase didn’t mean that much to the carrier.

Small size, Big bright! Small size light that shines very brightly. I have a much bigger sun lamp from 10 years ago but the LEDs in the Happy Light are fantastically comparable. EVERYONE who received it as a gift was beyond thrilled and continues to enjoy the lights often.
