I ordered floor lamp on a Friday… I ordered floor lamp on a Friday evening on December 14th. Gave me estimated arrival date on the 24th. I was concerned that it would not arrive in time for Christmas gift. The ordered shipped on 17th and I received regular emails update shipment during the week. I received the floor lamp today and wrapped it and it is under tree for opening on Christmas morning. Verilux makes quality product and I would purchase product from them again. J Scott

I was surprised and delighted by this. My Dad already has one of these lamps so we we were prepared for the quality of the product and the visual enhancement aspects of the light. These lamps have improved the quality of life for both my parents. They both love to read! Thank you.

The worst experience I wish I had read these recent reviews before I ordered from their website. I've been waiting for my purchase since July 1 and two weeks later they're just now giving me an estimated delivery date of July 20. They tried to blame UPS and "unprecedented shipping volumes" but I do plenty of online shopping and I'm receiving much larger orders in no time. Edit: I didn't think it could any worse, but they won't even pay for the shipping for me to return it after it arrived so late that I've already purchased a replacement.

placed an order for 23 watt lamps placed an order for 23 watt lamps. never received the order. Had returned an order for the wrong size and placed a new order 2 weeks ago which I have not received. Will you please check to determine whether the order will ber sent.

Caution........how is your product being shipped? Upon receiving my purchase, I was hopeful nothing was damaged. The packaging was very “brow-beaten”. Luckily everything was safe. It’s disappointing my purchase didn’t mean that much to the carrier.
