I could not have a more convivial… I could not have had a more convivial experience when seeking to repair a lamp that was discarded by a neighbor after what was obviously an accidental mishap. The lamp was too enticing to not rescue. After searching I located the website and the parts needed to make the repairs. I am using the lamp at this very moment and am considering ordering a desk lamp of a like stile (the repaired item is a floor lamp).

Stellar Customer Service We've used our Verilux "Happy Light" for years and replaced the bulb once getting years-more benefit. More recently we updated to the newest version and love it with its improved design & 3 settings. Most impressive was their Customer Service Representative who not only fulfilled our request but also followed up with a light-hearted email confirmation.

Great All Around Experience! Great company, product, and service. My order arrived on time and the packaging/instructions made the set-up easy and quick. I can definetly tell the benefits of using the Happy Light. It really helps on those cloudy mornings and days. My focus has also noticeably improved as well. I could not be more happy with my customer experience and product! I can't wait to see what Verilux offers in the future!

Overpriced, Defective, Inferior Product I purchased a HappyLight Duo 2-in-1 Light Therapy & Task Floor Lamp from Verilux. The pole doesn't fit securely inside the base and is wobbly. The light switch doesn't work with my wall switch. The quality of the lamp doesn't merit the $129.99 cost. I couldn't return it and I wasn't given any partial refund for an inferior product. I left an honest review on their website that wasn't posted. The website only features 5 star reviews.

I purchased my Verilux Smart Light to use as a desk lamp at work. I purchased my Verilux Smart Light for my desk at work. Management keeps the fluorescent lights overhead down very low due to colleagues on my team who suffer from migraine headaches. I purchased a different desk light initially and it broke almost immediately. I have since purchqased my Verilux light and am able to see well enough to get my work done and the light appears to be quite study.
