GBplaced an order for 23 watt lamps placed an order for 23 watt lamps. never received the order. Had returned an order for the wrong size and placed a new order 2 weeks ago which I have not received. Will you please check to determine whether the order will ber sent.

GBThe worst experience I wish I had read these recent reviews before I ordered from their website. I've been waiting for my purchase since July 1 and two weeks later they're just now giving me an estimated delivery date of July 20. They tried to blame UPS and "unprecedented shipping volumes" but I do plenty of online shopping and I'm receiving much larger orders in no time. Edit: I didn't think it could any worse, but they won't even pay for the shipping for me to return it after it arrived so late that I've already purchased a replacement.

GBI have only used the happy light for a… I have only used the happy light for a week now but I can already feel a difference. My feeling of lethargy is gone. I really like that I can choose for the type of light and that there are 3 brightness settings. It is also nice that I can buy replacement bulbs if needed. I had recommended this product to 2 friends who also need light therapy based on the manufacture's business reputation before I even started using the light. My recommendation stands firm.

GBI could not have a more convivial… I could not have had a more convivial experience when seeking to repair a lamp that was discarded by a neighbor after what was obviously an accidental mishap. The lamp was too enticing to not rescue. After searching I located the website and the parts needed to make the repairs. I am using the lamp at this very moment and am considering ordering a desk lamp of a like stile (the repaired item is a floor lamp).

GBStellar Customer Service We've used our Verilux "Happy Light" for years and replaced the bulb once getting years-more benefit. More recently we updated to the newest version and love it with its improved design & 3 settings. Most impressive was their Customer Service Representative who not only fulfilled our request but also followed up with a light-hearted email confirmation.
