GBThe worst experience I wish I had read these recent reviews before I ordered from their website. I've been waiting for my purchase since July 1 and two weeks later they're just now giving me an estimated delivery date of July 20. They tried to blame UPS and "unprecedented shipping volumes" but I do plenty of online shopping and I'm receiving much larger orders in no time. Edit: I didn't think it could any worse, but they won't even pay for the shipping for me to return it after it arrived so late that I've already purchased a replacement.

GBOverpriced, Defective, Inferior Product I purchased a HappyLight Duo 2-in-1 Light Therapy & Task Floor Lamp from Verilux. The pole doesn't fit securely inside the base and is wobbly. The light switch doesn't work with my wall switch. The quality of the lamp doesn't merit the $129.99 cost. I couldn't return it and I wasn't given any partial refund for an inferior product. I left an honest review on their website that wasn't posted. The website only features 5 star reviews.

GBSmall size, Big bright! Small size light that shines very brightly. I have a much bigger sun lamp from 10 years ago but the LEDs in the Happy Light are fantastically comparable. EVERYONE who received it as a gift was beyond thrilled and continues to enjoy the lights often.

GBBlew up when plugged in, company response was disappointing I had wanted a light therapy lamp for a long time and my husband did his research and bought this for me for my birthday. I was thrilled. I read the instructions and notes the safety features on the plug. Verilux shipped to the UK from USA so we purchased a worldwide to UK converter. The minute I plugged it into the outlet the product flashed and popped shorting out. There was a horrible smell and that was that. I immediately emailed the company. After about 2 days I got a response asking for the model number. They responded that the warranty was void because it wasnt suitable for 220v outlets in the UK? And that was it. Product broken, money gone. How is the average joe meant to know what voltage the outlets in their house are? Surely if they are prepared to ship worldwide they should be a bit more specific about which of their products can be actually used worldwide? Such a disappointment.
