Ordered Jan 10th Ordered Jan 10th, Cleared US/Canada customs Jan.17th at which time no longer able to track. Delivered to my home by Canada Post Jan. 24th. Considering the absolutely horrible weather in most of central and Eastern USA and Canada, this was excellent delivery service to Vancouver Island in B.C. Thank you.

I could not have a more convivial… I could not have had a more convivial experience when seeking to repair a lamp that was discarded by a neighbor after what was obviously an accidental mishap. The lamp was too enticing to not rescue. After searching I located the website and the parts needed to make the repairs. I am using the lamp at this very moment and am considering ordering a desk lamp of a like stile (the repaired item is a floor lamp).

Great All Around Experience! Great company, product, and service. My order arrived on time and the packaging/instructions made the set-up easy and quick. I can definetly tell the benefits of using the Happy Light. It really helps on those cloudy mornings and days. My focus has also noticeably improved as well. I could not be more happy with my customer experience and product! I can't wait to see what Verilux offers in the future!

The worst experience I wish I had read these recent reviews before I ordered from their website. I've been waiting for my purchase since July 1 and two weeks later they're just now giving me an estimated delivery date of July 20. They tried to blame UPS and "unprecedented shipping volumes" but I do plenty of online shopping and I'm receiving much larger orders in no time. Edit: I didn't think it could any worse, but they won't even pay for the shipping for me to return it after it arrived so late that I've already purchased a replacement.

I ordered floor lamp on a Friday… I ordered floor lamp on a Friday evening on December 14th. Gave me estimated arrival date on the 24th. I was concerned that it would not arrive in time for Christmas gift. The ordered shipped on 17th and I received regular emails update shipment during the week. I received the floor lamp today and wrapped it and it is under tree for opening on Christmas morning. Verilux makes quality product and I would purchase product from them again. J Scott
