AMAZING customer service..... AMAZING customer service...... the hearing aids are wonderful! I hear birds singing and actually heard my dog walking down the hallway...... I can sit in my office and hear the dryer buzz the end of the cycle (two rooms away)and yet conversations are not uncomfortably loud. I wish I had heard about these hearing aids years ago!!!

It is so wonderful to hear again… It is so wonderful to hear again especially @ church when our wonderful soloist sing! I could not afford $5,000-8,000 that local providers were charging! My provider only allowed us to go to 1 provider & offered $2,000 but would not cover my hearing aides! Not fair!! Your customer service is great! Helpful and Knowledgeful!! Thank you Again! You have changed my life!!

Excellent for its price For its price, the ListenClear product is excellent. It can certainly be improved, but likely at a much higher cost. However, one improvement that shouldn't cost that much would be Bluetooth connectivity. Another would be to reduce the size of the remote control, which is a nice feature as is. Especially worth noting is the extremely high quality of the customer service responses that I have received. They could be a model for other consumer electronics companies.

Difficulty when return product and funds taken My experience when I wanted to return the product unopened was horrible. I received a return label but no return envelope. Finally glued it back together and sent it back. I was told I could hold onto it longer to try them but now they took the funds from my boyfriends account and said it was after the 30 day free trial. I never opened or used the product. Beware! Hard to belief mine is the only negative review?

I'm on a fixed income This company is a Scam! The product is worthless, yet, due to my fixed income status I'll be paying for them for another 2 years before I can afford to replace them! I've sent them back several times with an updated hearing exam, still no adjustment, nor do they fit my ears. I'm resigned to being deaf - I've had these for 2 years and have my banking acct. deleted for their payment each month - only half paid for! I did wear them 10 times to satisfy my friends and family, but they knew I couldn't hear with them better than before, and of course during the 2 years since I've had them my hearing has deteriorated significantly! I've been scammed, I hope no one else gets similarly scammed, stay clear of this company!
