I just wished they had away to offer us an online account so that we could reorder tips and batteries without making a phone call.

Representative was extremely helpful and, after walking me through some possible fixes, she said they would replace the entire package. Even emailed postage-free return label. I am awaiting new set. It took me a long time to like the… It took me a long time to like the listen clear, it still annoying to hear the pitchy sound until now. You will keep presssing the black button until you will get the exact volume you want, there’s no number that you see, sometimes you’re in a rush that will have no patience to use it.
