Initial service was prompt and… Initial service was prompt and responsive. It would help to have online resources available for any problem resolution or to acquire parts and service. Currently as I know all customer services are only available through phone contact. This was my experience when I had to have a connector replaced for one hearing aid. My needs were handled efficiently but online contact would have been more convenient. Now I need ear bud replacements. How do I contact ListenClear?

AMAZING customer service..... AMAZING customer service...... the hearing aids are wonderful! I hear birds singing and actually heard my dog walking down the hallway...... I can sit in my office and hear the dryer buzz the end of the cycle (two rooms away)and yet conversations are not uncomfortably loud. I wish I had heard about these hearing aids years ago!!!

It is so wonderful to hear again… It is so wonderful to hear again especially @ church when our wonderful soloist sing! I could not afford $5,000-8,000 that local providers were charging! My provider only allowed us to go to 1 provider & offered $2,000 but would not cover my hearing aides! Not fair!! Your customer service is great! Helpful and Knowledgeful!! Thank you Again! Very great employee representative… Very great employee representative .Knowledgeable and polite .The 45 trial gave us time to grade the hearing aids well.My husband enjoys hearing concerts and groups in conversation more now .Thanks again for you discounted price since we paid in full!I would like a warranty in writing if we could get one

One of the biggest mistake of my life. One of the biggest mistake of my life.. Have since learned make sure you get a hearing test before buying hearing devices.. Struggled to get a proper setting on these devices.. Attended my grand childrens concerts and sounded like was in a barrel... Not a expert but my opinion they are no more than amplifiers... Any one interested I would gladly sell you mine at a discount... Only used for at the most a couple of months... Now have Beltone that a professional hearing test said I needed and what a magnificent difference at way less money because supolement insurance helps.
