It took me a long time to like the… It took me a long time to like the listen clear, it still annoying to hear the pitchy sound until now. You will keep presssing the black button until you will get the exact volume you want, there’s no number that you see, sometimes you’re in a rush that will have no patience to use it. Not 100% satisfied

I was totally satisfied with my… I was totally satisfied with my experience with the person I talked with. She knew her products and was very helpful when asked about an update hearing aid. The thing that didn’t make the company five stars is that she told me replacement hearing aid would be here in 3 days it’s has been 3 working days and one week end. If my math is correct that is 5 days and counting.

It is so wonderful to hear again… It is so wonderful to hear again especially @ church when our wonderful soloist sing! I could not afford $5,000-8,000 that local providers were charging! My provider only allowed us to go to 1 provider & offered $2,000 but would not cover my hearing aides! Not fair!! Your customer service is great! Helpful and Knowledgeful!! Thank you Again! I have not used them much because I… I have not used them much because I just forget to put them. They really do help to clarify what I am hearing with out them when people talked it sounds garbled and I have to use closed captioning on TV we'll see AIDS I don't have to do that they seem to be doing a pretty good job
