I purchased a pair of LISENCLEAR… I purchased a pair of LISENCLEAR hearing devices on 10/26/2017 due to continued calls- ORD- 000181695 from 300 Bull St. Ste 200 Savannah GA 31401- I am NOT happy or satisfied with these devices as they are NOT the aids indicated in the purchase- The right unit is a little better than the left but in having a Dr. Audiologist review these devices he indicated that they are NOT hearing aids but amps- I have not made a lot of contacts with Mr. Jerrod M. Johnson Marketing Manager or Tracy Young Owner as they have never been available to me-

They really do help to clarify what I am hearing with out them when people talked it sounds garbled and I have to use closed captioning on TV we'll see AIDS I don't have to do that they seem to be doing a pretty good job

I'm on a fixed income This company is a Scam! The product is worthless, yet, due to my fixed income status I'll be paying for them for another 2 years before I can afford to replace them! I've sent them back several times with an updated hearing exam, still no adjustment, nor do they fit my ears. I'm resigned to being deaf - I've had these for 2 years and have my banking acct. deleted for their payment each month - only half paid for! I did wear them 10 times to satisfy my friends and family, but they knew I couldn't hear with them better than before, and of course during the 2 years since I've had them my hearing has deteriorated significantly! I've been scammed, I hope no one else gets similarly scammed, stay clear of this company!

Excellent for its price For its price, the ListenClear product is excellent. It can certainly be improved, but likely at a much higher cost. However, one improvement that shouldn't cost that much would be Bluetooth connectivity. Another would be to reduce the size of the remote control, which is a nice feature as is. Especially worth noting is the extremely high quality of the customer service responses that I have received. They could be a model for other consumer electronics companies.

I would recomend listen clear I would recomend listen clear. So far listen clear has been honest with me and very helpful adjusting my hearing aids for optimum sound and quality. I just wished they had away to offer us an online account so that we could reorder tips and batteries without making a phone call.
