GBExcellent for its price For its price, the ListenClear product is excellent. It can certainly be improved, but likely at a much higher cost. However, one improvement that shouldn't cost that much would be Bluetooth connectivity. Another would be to reduce the size of the remote control, which is a nice feature as is. Especially worth noting is the extremely high quality of the customer service responses that I have received. They could be a model for other consumer electronics companies.

GBI was totally satisfied with my… I was totally satisfied with my experience with the person I talked with. She knew her products and was very helpful when asked about an update hearing aid. The thing that didn’t make the company five stars is that she told me replacement hearing aid would be here in 3 days it’s has been 3 working days and one week end. If my math is correct that is 5 days and counting.

GBWish I’d never bought these- just went… Wish I’d never bought these- just went to COSTCO for a free (if you’re a member) VERY comprehensive hearing test and evaluation. I can literally hear TWICE as well with my new ones as these generic ListenClear aids. DON’T GET THEM! Go to Costco. Costco consistently has great reviews from Consumer Reports and other reviews. And they are $1300 for a pair, way cheaper than LC

GBI'm on a fixed income This company is a Scam! The product is worthless, yet, due to my fixed income status I'll be paying for them for another 2 years before I can afford to replace them! I've sent them back several times with an updated hearing exam, still no adjustment, nor do they fit my ears. I'm resigned to being deaf - I've had these for 2 years and have my banking acct. deleted for their payment each month - only half paid for! I did wear them 10 times to satisfy my friends and family, but they knew I couldn't hear with them better than before, and of course during the 2 years since I've had them my hearing has deteriorated significantly! I've been scammed, I hope no one else gets similarly scammed, stay clear of this company!

GBHearing aids are great Hearing aids are great. I did have to return them because the remote went bad. Representative was extremely helpful and, after walking me through some possible fixes, she said they would replace the entire package. Even emailed postage-free return label. I am awaiting new set. Extremely pleasant and helpful representatives. No problem or hassle involved.
