It took me a long time to like the… It took me a long time to like the listen clear, it still annoying to hear the pitchy sound until now. You will keep presssing the black button until you will get the exact volume you want, there’s no number that you see, sometimes you’re in a rush that will have no patience to use it. One of the biggest mistake of my life. One of the biggest mistake of my life.. Have since learned make sure you get a hearing test before buying hearing devices.. Struggled to get a proper setting on these devices.. Attended my grand childrens concerts and sounded like was in a barrel... Not a expert but my opinion they are no more than amplifiers... Any one interested I would gladly sell you mine at a discount... Only used for at the most a couple of months... Now have Beltone that a professional hearing test said I needed and what a magnificent difference at way less money because supolement insurance helps.
