GBOne of the biggest mistake of my life. One of the biggest mistake of my life.. Have since learned make sure you get a hearing test before buying hearing devices.. Struggled to get a proper setting on these devices.. Attended my grand childrens concerts and sounded like was in a barrel... Not a expert but my opinion they are no more than amplifiers... Any one interested I would gladly sell you mine at a discount... Only used for at the most a couple of months... Now have Beltone that a professional hearing test said I needed and what a magnificent difference at way less money because supolement insurance helps.

GBInitial service was prompt and… Initial service was prompt and responsive. It would help to have online resources available for any problem resolution or to acquire parts and service. Currently as I know all customer services are only available through phone contact. This was my experience when I had to have a connector replaced for one hearing aid. My needs were handled efficiently but online contact would have been more convenient. Now I need ear bud replacements. How do I contact ListenClear?

GBHearing aids are great Hearing aids are great. I did have to return them because the remote went bad. Representative was extremely helpful and, after walking me through some possible fixes, she said they would replace the entire package. Even emailed postage-free return label. I am awaiting new set. Extremely pleasant and helpful representatives. No problem or hassle involved.

GBDifficulty when return product and funds taken My experience when I wanted to return the product unopened was horrible. I received a return label but no return envelope. Finally glued it back together and sent it back. I was told I could hold onto it longer to try them but now they took the funds from my boyfriends account and said it was after the 30 day free trial. I never opened or used the product. Beware! Hard to belief mine is the only negative review?
