AMAZING customer service..... AMAZING customer service...... the hearing aids are wonderful! I hear birds singing and actually heard my dog walking down the hallway...... I can sit in my office and hear the dryer buzz the end of the cycle (two rooms away)and yet conversations are not uncomfortably loud. I wish I had heard about these hearing aids years ago!!!

Excellent for its price For its price, the ListenClear product is excellent. It can certainly be improved, but likely at a much higher cost. However, one improvement that shouldn't cost that much would be Bluetooth connectivity. Another would be to reduce the size of the remote control, which is a nice feature as is. Especially worth noting is the extremely high quality of the customer service responses that I have received. They could be a model for other consumer electronics companies.

Hearing aids are great Hearing aids are great. I did have to return them because the remote went bad. Representative was extremely helpful and, after walking me through some possible fixes, she said they would replace the entire package. Even emailed postage-free return label. I am awaiting new set. Extremely pleasant and helpful representatives. No problem or hassle involved.

Everyone was helpful, patient and honest from the very first phone call, through questions and concerns we had months later. One of the biggest mistake of my life. One of the biggest mistake of my life.. Have since learned make sure you get a hearing test before buying hearing devices.. Struggled to get a proper setting on these devices.. Attended my grand childrens concerts and sounded like was in a barrel... Not a expert but my opinion they are no more than amplifiers... Any one interested I would gladly sell you mine at a discount... Only used for at the most a couple of months... Now have Beltone that a professional hearing test said I needed and what a magnificent difference at way less money because supolement insurance helps.
