It took me a long time to like the… It took me a long time to like the listen clear, it still annoying to hear the pitchy sound until now. You will keep presssing the black button until you will get the exact volume you want, there’s no number that you see, sometimes you’re in a rush that will have no patience to use it. Not 100% satisfied

Thrilled with my surprise gift for my beloved mother. I purchased a Listening device for my mother as a gift. I have been very impressed with Listen Clear Customer Service on every occasion in which I've had questions or needed direction on using the new device. Excellent service is hard to come by these days. Thank you, Listen Clear, for making this indescribable gift of hearing a smooth transition for both daughter and mother.

It is so wonderful to hear again… It is so wonderful to hear again especially @ church when our wonderful soloist sing! I could not afford $5,000-8,000 that local providers were charging! My provider only allowed us to go to 1 provider & offered $2,000 but would not cover my hearing aides! Not fair!! Your customer service is great! Helpful and Knowledgeful!! Thank you Again! I purchased a pair of LISENCLEAR… I purchased a pair of LISENCLEAR hearing devices on 10/26/2017 due to continued calls- ORD- 000181695 from 300 Bull St. Ste 200 Savannah GA 31401- I am NOT happy or satisfied with these devices as they are NOT the aids indicated in the purchase- The right unit is a little better than the left but in having a Dr. Audiologist review these devices he indicated that they are NOT hearing aids but amps- I have not made a lot of contacts with Mr. Jerrod M. Johnson Marketing Manager or Tracy Young Owner as they have never been available to me-
