The thing that didn’t make the company five stars is that she told me replacement hearing aid would be here in 3 days it’s has been 3 working days and one week end. If my math is correct that is 5 days and counting.

Struggled to get a proper setting on these devices.. Attended my grand childrens concerts and sounded like was in a barrel... Not a expert but my opinion they are no more than amplifiers... Any one interested I would gladly sell you mine at a discount... Only used for at the most a couple of months... Now have Beltone that a professional hearing test said I needed and what a magnificent difference at way less money because supolement insurance helps.

I would recomend listen clear I would recomend listen clear. So far listen clear has been honest with me and very helpful adjusting my hearing aids for optimum sound and quality. I just wished they had away to offer us an online account so that we could reorder tips and batteries without making a phone call.

It took me a long time to like the… It took me a long time to like the listen clear, it still annoying to hear the pitchy sound until now. You will keep presssing the black button until you will get the exact volume you want, there’s no number that you see, sometimes you’re in a rush that will have no patience to use it. Not 100% satisfied
