I can literally hear TWICE as well with my new ones as these generic ListenClear aids. DON’T GET THEM! Go to Costco. Costco consistently has great reviews from Consumer Reports and other reviews. And they are $1300 for a pair, way cheaper than LC

Everyone was helpful, patient and honest from the very first phone call, through questions and concerns we had months later. Every issue that my 94 year old mom has had, has been dealt with quickly and easily to wverone’s Satisfaction. I highly recommend this company and their product!

I would recomend listen clear I would recomend listen clear. So far listen clear has been honest with me and very helpful adjusting my hearing aids for optimum sound and quality. I just wished they had away to offer us an online account so that we could reorder tips and batteries without making a phone call.

Difficulty when return product and funds taken My experience when I wanted to return the product unopened was horrible. I received a return label but no return envelope. Finally glued it back together and sent it back. I was told I could hold onto it longer to try them but now they took the funds from my boyfriends account and said it was after the 30 day free trial. I never opened or used the product. Beware! Hard to belief mine is the only negative review?

Very great employee representative… Very great employee representative .Knowledgeable and polite .The 45 trial gave us time to grade the hearing aids well.My husband enjoys hearing concerts and groups in conversation more now .Thanks again for you discounted price since we paid in full!I would like a warranty in writing if we could get one
