The staff at this office are very… The staff at this office are very friendly and professional. I know that I am in good hands with them. The hearing aid technology is very cool! I love that whenever I make or receive a phone call on my iPhone, listen to music, or play a video game, the sound goes thru both of my hearing aids! The hearing aids are like having a set of wireless earbuds!

I bought the in the canal hearing… I bought the in the canal hearing aids,have had them for 3 years,paid $7000 for them and have a lot of problems. Both aids have quit and have to send them back to get fixed. The sound quality has gotten poorer as they get older. I would not recommend this hearing aids.

Im very happy with products I am very happy with the new Circa products. The patients can tell a difference on the clarity of speech and sound and noise reduction. It is real nice to be able to utilize a remote from their existing device to help with ease of changing memories and volume. The rechargeable has also been a game changer for many patients that have hard time changing batteries. ,

You asked me to wipe the batteries often? They stop working within minutes! The batteries degrade at +50% humidity? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I specifically asked about this prior to buying. You asked me to keep consulting my Hearing Professional and to call your call center? Why, I have....they tell me me that they have never heard of the problem. I paid $7,000 for a product that I cant use all of the time. Again, sad response. Reply from NuEar 17 hours ago Hi Andy, I'm sorry to hear about the experience you have had with the hearing aid's performance when the battery is exposed to perspiration. The Zinc Air battery needs external oxygen to power its chemical reaction. The battery also responds to the relative humidity of the environment. Performance can degrade at 45C or 113F or more when humidity is greater than 50% for batteries dispensed in the US. The hearing aid needs to let the battery breath to give the battery the chemical reaction. Our Engineers recommend that you wipe the battery and the hearing device frequently when the temperature and humidity are high. We continue to work on the design of the hearing aids to improve the hydrophobic qualities of the hearing aid.
