I’ve had these hearing aids for 2 years… I’ve had these hearing aids for 2 years and very unsatisfied. I still have a difficult time hearing people and understanding what is said on tv. I would not recommend

I am pleased with NuEar for the most… I am pleased with NuEar for the most part, but since these are my first hearing aids, I have nothing to compare them with. There are days when I do not wear them because I will be in earshot of noisy equipment (vacuum, sanders, etc) but I try to wear them most days to train my brain/ears to hear better. One thing for sure, I now know that I need to urge my husband to also invest in hearing aids!

Since upgrading to an Apple I-Phone 11 Since upgrading to an Apple I-Phone 11, had constant problems with aids dropping off one ear or the other. Technician is working with me trying to resolve this problem. Also, I cannot pair my phone with the bluetooth device on my truck radio while it's paired to my aids??? This is getting to be very frustrating.

After spending $7,000 on these hearing … After spending $7,000 on these hearing aids I am not satisfied at all. The connection to my iPhone is of poor quality to no quality. I am very unhappy and feel ripped off. I went to the hearing center where I bought these worthless aids but only get to talk to the tech who doesn’t follow up. The actual hearing professionals I can’t get a hold of during the COVID time but actually it is your product. You should be ashamed of taking our money and not backing up your product. You should provide replacements for me but you won’t.

So many problems So many problems, where to start. The mini mic does not work. It stays on for five to ten minutes and then shuts down. Actually green light is still blinking, but sound is not transmitted. My first mini mike was returned for this reason. Replacement is no better. Thrive- oh bother. Often stops recognizing my aids. Sometimes recognizes one ear and some times the other. Today while using data on my I phone 7 my hearing aids turned off. Back on when I stopped using data. I’ve had these for greater than a month but will return them as defective products, not because I don’t like them. I chose these for the mike capability. I count on them to make my world bigger- classes, church, etc. the performance is not acceptable.
