GBI am pleased with NuEar for the most… I am pleased with NuEar for the most part, but since these are my first hearing aids, I have nothing to compare them with. There are days when I do not wear them because I will be in earshot of noisy equipment (vacuum, sanders, etc) but I try to wear them most days to train my brain/ears to hear better. One thing for sure, I now know that I need to urge my husband to also invest in hearing aids!

GBHave had nothing but problems with the… Have had nothing but problems with the hearing aids. I'm constantly taking them in because they just stop working. They have been worked on and replaced several times. Half the time I still dont hear that well with them. Would not recommend them. For $5000.00 they should be a better product.

GBNuEar has the best customer service NuEar has the best customer service. They go the extra mile when it comes to hearing aid delivery and repair. We have been working with NuEar for 13 years and our customers are very satisfied.

GBAfter spending $7,000 on these hearing … After spending $7,000 on these hearing aids I am not satisfied at all. The connection to my iPhone is of poor quality to no quality. I am very unhappy and feel ripped off. I went to the hearing center where I bought these worthless aids but only get to talk to the tech who doesn’t follow up. The actual hearing professionals I can’t get a hold of during the COVID time but actually it is your product. You should be ashamed of taking our money and not backing up your product. You should provide replacements for me but you won’t.

GBI like the automation and control… I like the automation and control through the app. The sound quality is pretty good when sent directly to the hearing aid from a bluetooth device such as my phone. Still not happy with the sound as heard from the ambient air to the hearing aid such as normal conversations. The volume is fine to high, but the clarity of speach is where I struggle.
