GBStaff at NuEar… I have visited the NuEar office with my husband several times. I have no problem with the product, but want to commend the staff at the Marion, Illinois, especially April Campbell. She is the kindest, most patient person while being professional. The day we were there, she was accepting calls for three offices, due to vacations and lack of staff. She managed everything with patience, and kindness. She deserves a raise!

GBIm very happy with products I am very happy with the new Circa products. The patients can tell a difference on the clarity of speech and sound and noise reduction. It is real nice to be able to utilize a remote from their existing device to help with ease of changing memories and volume. The rechargeable has also been a game changer for many patients that have hard time changing batteries. ,

GBIf I were to design a hearing aid my… If I were to design a hearing aid my most important features would be sound quality, successful communication in the presence of noise, and connectivity to all Bluetooth devices. Everything doesn’t make a difference. Rechargeable is nice but not a deal breaker. Healthables arent too important to put patients

GBWhen they are working they are great When they are working they are great! However, daily and up to three times a day my husband has to sink them up to the app on his iPhone. He has brought them back to the Hearing Lab multiple times. Sometimes he is without them for 7 to 10 days before getting them back. Very frustrating. He just got them back yesterday after having them out for repair for 10 days. After just two hours of wearing them, he had to sink them up again. When paying $7,000 for them, we would not expect to have this much trouble.
