USStaff at NuEar… I have visited the NuEar office with my husband several times. I have no problem with the product, but want to commend the staff at the Marion, Illinois, especially April Campbell. She is the kindest, most patient person while being professional. The day we were there, she was accepting calls for three offices, due to vacations and lack of staff. She managed everything with patience, and kindness. She deserves a raise!

USAvoid Nuear..Expensive and so so hearing quality I was lied to by my Audiologist when they said my Nuear would work with apple bluetooth and it did not work, but there were models that had it. For $6.500 I was sold a lie and I complained and no one did anything about it. I assumed they took my problem to Nuear. As far as hearing goes, I still need sub titles on TV and ask people to repeat. It is not very good in crowds but music is good, as I am a musician. Bottom line I won't buy Nuear again nor go back the same audiologist

USI bought the in the canal hearing… I bought the in the canal hearing aids, have had them for 3 years, paid $7000 for them and have a lot of problems. Both aids have quit and have to send them back to get fixed. The sound quality has gotten poorer as they get older. I would not recommend this hearing aids.

USPlease read NuEar's response below Please read NuEar's response below. Such a poor response, but thank you for finally admitting that NuEar's hearing aids have a problem. You asked me to wipe the batteries often? They stop working within minutes! The batteries degrade at +50% humidity? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I specifically asked about this prior to buying. You asked me to keep consulting my Hearing Professional and to call your call center? Why, I have....they tell me me that they have never heard of the problem. I paid $7,000 for a product that I cant use all of the time. Again, sad response. Reply from NuEar 17 hours ago Hi Andy, I'm sorry to hear about the experience you have had with the hearing aid's performance when the battery is exposed to perspiration. The Zinc Air battery needs external oxygen to power its chemical reaction. The battery also responds to the relative humidity of the environment. Performance can degrade at 45C or 113F or more when humidity is greater than 50% for batteries dispensed in the US. The hearing aid needs to let the battery breath to give the battery the chemical reaction. Our Engineers recommend that you wipe the battery and the hearing device frequently when the temperature and humidity are high. We continue to work on the design of the hearing aids to improve the hydrophobic qualities of the hearing aid. Please continue to consult with your Hearing Health Professional, and if you would like to speak with one of our Service Team Members to discuss other strategies for success, please call the following toll-free number, 800-721-3573. Sincerely, NuEar

USHave had nothing but problems with the… Have had nothing but problems with the hearing aids. I'm constantly taking them in because they just stop working. They have been worked on and replaced several times. Half the time I still dont hear that well with them. Would not recommend them. For $5000.00 they should be a better product.
