GBThe staff at this office are very… The staff at this office are very friendly and professional. I know that I am in good hands with them. The hearing aid technology is very cool! I love that whenever I make or receive a phone call on my iPhone, listen to music, or play a video game, the sound goes thru both of my hearing aids! The hearing aids are like having a set of wireless earbuds!

GBAfter spending $7,000 on these hearing … After spending $7,000 on these hearing aids I am not satisfied at all. The connection to my iPhone is of poor quality to no quality. I am very unhappy and feel ripped off. I went to the hearing center where I bought these worthless aids but only get to talk to the tech who doesn’t follow up. The actual hearing professionals I can’t get a hold of during the COVID time but actually it is your product. You should be ashamed of taking our money and not backing up your product. You should provide replacements for me but you won’t.

GBAvoid Nuear..Expensive and so so hearing quality I was lied to by my Audiologist when they said my Nuear would work with apple bluetooth and it did not work, but there were models that had it. For $6.500 I was sold a lie and I complained and no one did anything about it. I assumed they took my problem to Nuear. As far as hearing goes, I still need sub titles on TV and ask people to repeat. It is not very good in crowds but music is good, as I am a musician. Bottom line I won't buy Nuear again nor go back the same audiologist

GBSince upgrading to an Apple I-Phone 11 Since upgrading to an Apple I-Phone 11, had constant problems with aids dropping off one ear or the other. Technician is working with me trying to resolve this problem. Also, I cannot pair my phone with the bluetooth device on my truck radio while it's paired to my aids??? This is getting to be very frustrating.
