GBEasy and Convenient to use The service was extremely easy and convenient to use. To help the provider, I took pictures and provided the important health history. Within 30-minutes I received a call-back, confirmation of diagnosis and prescription. Without this service I would have needed to delay treatment for several days until I had a day off work.

GBA really bad insect bite My father had a really bad insect bite that has caused his leg to be swollen and red. He had this before a few months ago on another part of his body. We tried to go to a clinic near by, however with it being the holidays they were closed and other places around were already closed for the day. It was easy to input the necessary information for the doctor to have and easy to upload pictures so they can have it as a reference. I was given an estimated wait time of over an hour, however I received a call within 15 minutes! The Dr. was kind and informative. They were able to prescribe antibiotics and send them to the preferred pharmacy at the end of the call. I was able to pickup the antibiotics within the next hour! Highly reccomend using MDLIVE!

GBHad a tooth infection- needed… Had a tooth infection- needed Amoxicillin ASAP- quick tele visit with the Doc- he asked all the right questions and confirmed my self diagnosis. Quick trip to the local pharmacy and infection has subsided considerably. Just need to finish the course of tablets and I'm good to go!

GBIf you don't have a very basic problem If you don't have a very basic problem, not worth calling. I called and was just told to go for an in office visit and was charged fifty dollars for a three minute phone call. Seemed like the doctor wanted to hop off the phone as soon as possible. Didn't appreciate that no advice was given whatsoever except go in person yet I got charged.

GBDon’t waste your time with the urgent… Don’t waste your time with the urgent care on MD live. I have had a sinus infection for a week and all the “prescribed” me was an over the counter nasal spray. When I ask for a steroid/antibiotic he said they can’t prescribe those for sinus infections. So I just wasted $60 dollars.
