Don’t waste your time with the urgent… Don’t waste your time with the urgent care on MD live. I have had a sinus infection for a week and all the “prescribed” me was an over the counter nasal spray. When I ask for a steroid/antibiotic he said they can’t prescribe those for sinus infections. So I just wasted $60 dollars.

Poorly Executed Service New to this service because my oldest child loves it and I needed services for my youngest child. Doctors are not responding and MDlive just didnt communicate anything. The request just fell out of the message/appointment request box when the date past, like I never made the request. The message box is super slow to respond, when you try to communicate through the chat box. They said they could not verify my insurance and I would have to call, but it is a BC/BS product. So what is that. Not happy at all with this service. They only got a 2 because my oldest child has been successful with their services. That was definitely not my experience. I will just work with local providers now that offer TH services.

Overcharged for appointment Scheduled a call with a dr 2/7. Received a prompt call back. Said they would send a prescription to my pharmacy. Dr visit was first thing in the morning. The pharmacy did not receive my prescription. There is no way to get back in contact with the dr. Submitted an online chat. Finally my prescription was sent in the evening. Visit should have been covered 100% by my insurance with no charge to me. Confirmed with my carrier, but my card was charged $82 over a month later on 3/15. Requested a refund. They finally billed my insurance as originally requested. Insurance paid the claim 4/6. Was told the refund could take up to 30 days. Over 30 days later still no refund! Now they have received my payment as well as payment from my insurance carrier. Will not use their services again!

So easy a caveman can do it. First let me start by saying I am not nor have I ever been a fan of going to the doctor. You have to get dressed, and take your sickly self to the doctors office, while worrying about spreading your germs or getting someone else's. This was by far the easiest doctor visit I have ever had. The doctor was polite, understanding and got right to the heart of the matter. I would give 10 stars if I could. I will be using their services again, and again.

I called and was just told to go for an in office visit and was charged fifty dollars for a three minute phone call. Seemed like the doctor wanted to hop off the phone as soon as possible. Didn't appreciate that no advice was given whatsoever except go in person yet I got charged.
