GBLots of technical glitches Lots of technical glitches. I've used video telehealth for years on same PC but would not work in MD Live and the therapist confirmed it's wonky. They send you confirmations to confirm your session then when you click to confirm it says the appointment does not exist and since you did not confirm, the appt is cancelled. If you go through Cigna that adds another level of disconnect, as confirmed by the rep I just spoke to ("Rayna.")

GBPoorly Executed Service New to this service because my oldest child loves it and I needed services for my youngest child. Doctors are not responding and MDlive just didnt communicate anything. The request just fell out of the message/appointment request box when the date past, like I never made the request. The message box is super slow to respond, when you try to communicate through the chat box. They said they could not verify my insurance and I would have to call, but it is a BC/BS product. So what is that. Not happy at all with this service. They only got a 2 because my oldest child has been successful with their services. That was definitely not my experience. I will just work with local providers now that offer TH services.

GBA really bad insect bite My father had a really bad insect bite that has caused his leg to be swollen and red. He had this before a few months ago on another part of his body. We tried to go to a clinic near by, however with it being the holidays they were closed and other places around were already closed for the day. It was easy to input the necessary information for the doctor to have and easy to upload pictures so they can have it as a reference. I was given an estimated wait time of over an hour, however I received a call within 15 minutes! The Dr. was kind and informative. They were able to prescribe antibiotics and send them to the preferred pharmacy at the end of the call. I was able to pickup the antibiotics within the next hour! Highly reccomend using MDLIVE!

GBMuch better ones out there. I called, gave them my insurance information and was told someone would be calling me soon. I told the doc I've had a sore throat for over a week. All I heard after that was I'm not going to help you, because you need an X-ray. X-ray? Just think about it, if everyone that got a sore throat was told to go to the ER, there making a lot of money. They got paid the full price for talking To me for 1.5 minutes. If your looking for a phone appt, stay away from these guys.

GBSo easy a caveman can do it. First let me start by saying I am not nor have I ever been a fan of going to the doctor. You have to get dressed, and take your sickly self to the doctors office, while worrying about spreading your germs or getting someone else's. This was by far the easiest doctor visit I have ever had. The doctor was polite, understanding and got right to the heart of the matter. I would give 10 stars if I could. I will be using their services again, and again.
