I have not received my chair yet I have not received my chair yet, after circa one month of waiting, but I doubt I’ll have any negative issues with the chair. Dealing with your customer service department has been an unwelcome nightmare, unfortunately, and my order for additional parts was never filled. I love my KD Smart Chair I love my KD Smart Chair, but it’s hard to access customer service. There is little communication after purchase and before delivery. Recently I purchased some replace parts: 4 arm covers and 1 cup holder. The arms arrived, but no sign of the cup holder. I’ve been trying to get the carrying case, but no response from company if it’s available or not.

It broke down and the technician told me the charger and the battery are damaged. Where can I buy the damaged spare parts so I can replace it. Pls help me. Thanks for your immediate reply.

I purchased this chair for my dad… I purchased this chair for my dad around four years ago, and we haven’t had any, problems with it whatsoever... took it to Florida on several vacations, been to Key West, three times and couldn’t tell you how much it’s given my dad independence to travel... I highly recommend it to anyone, that needs a power chair.
