I was told delivery would be in 2-3… I was told delivery would be in 2-3 weeks because there was a back log of orders. After 1 month, I tried emailing & calling re the status. There was no response to either for 6 months! The phone calls went to voice mail with no response to voice messages. My brother finallylocated their office online & threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau & that were starting legal action. they asked that we not proceed with any action and I finally received the wheelchair 2 weeks later

I bought the KD Smart Chair for my… I bought the KD Smart Chair for my father. We liked the chair's easy set up and operation; however, the footrest would not move far enough out of the way for him to exit the chair without difficulty due to his balance issue. Thanks to Lenny, the return process was easy and pleasant. I would recommend this product to others who need assistance with mobility.

I love my KD Smart Chair I love my KD Smart Chair, but it’s hard to access customer service. There is little communication after purchase and before delivery. Recently I purchased some replace parts: 4 arm covers and 1 cup holder. The arms arrived, but no sign of the cup holder. I’ve been trying to get the carrying case, but no response from company if it’s available or not.

Underwhelmed 2 years ago It is odd that I got a request-for-review of a "recent" purchase, since it was about 2 years ago. However, the problem was that the chair is designed for a statistically average female and can't be adjusted for body size. It proved too small and uncomfortable for my partner, and when we tried to return it, they shipped it back to us. We grumbled, ate the loss and donated it to charity. At the time, KD Smart Chair seemed overwhelmed by their success at the time, and were failing in customer service.

I have several larger chairs I have several larger chairs that do not compare to the flexibility or ability to trasport as the KD Smart chair. The light weight yet sturdy chair allows me to go almost anywhere. I've had it transported by car because it folds and by pickup. I've used it in store,theators, hospitals, out on bike trails, and walking paths that are gravel. It has enough power to go up long and steep inclines and is fairly comortable. Bcause it met all my requirements of a bigger more expensive chair, I will buy another Sart chair when I need a replacement. I am pretty well wheel chair bound an this chair satisfies all my mobility needs.
