It was nicely wrapped, arrived early, in spite of all the snow in my area, and also came with some surprises I hadn't expected. GBExcellent Customer Service I placed an order from askderm and it unusually came defective. I figured I would not get a credit as so often happens with companies. However , I wrote askederm I got an immediate response on my issue. I also got a full credit as well with ZERO HASSLE!! ) I was so appreciative of this!! I would highly recommend this site and will not hesitate to order from them again , great customer service and experience. A special thanks to Ashley whom i dealt with!!

GBThey are callous about sensitive topics and do not issue refunds I ordered Boustise Boustise Bust Plumping Serum. The product did not work, even after two months. I contacted askderm for a refund. They said it was past 30 days, so they wouldn't refund me. Then I submitted a dispute with my credit card. Askderm sent the credit card agency proof that I received the Serum and proof of their 30-day guarantee. It was closed without a refund. I didn't dispute the fact that I RECEIVED the item--I disputed the fact that it DOES NOT WORK. Then I submitted a claim with the BBB, which was replied by a callous letter from them. They even deleted my "does not work" feedback off their website, as though they are hiding that it doesn't work. I will never buy anything from askderm again.

GBHORRIBLE First Time (and last) experience I ordered products from AskDerm- Two of the products (one for a family member) were for FACIAL exfoliating (same product) When they arrived the packaging stated that they are BODY exfoliators. I called Customer Service and spoke to Karen. She was very nice and got the product and apologized profusedly for the wrong description online. She then proceeded to tell me that she would refund the products and send me a shipping slip for UPS. I asked her if she could send a US mail slip so I dont have to drive to UPS to return THEIR mistake. She said she will have her supervisor call me. That was days ago and I have not received a mailing label or a phone call. Great company...I am going to stop payment for all of the items I received.

GBLack of Communication / Service I am disappointed in the lack of communication from askderm when products have been put on hold because of one item on backorder. I still have not been notified of this interruption. I only found out about it when I checked the online tracking number. The number had been canceled. Since I am in the initial phase of a new hair and scalp treatment for hair growth, I am not sure how this interruption will affect what I hope to be a positive result; also not to mention that this will be an expensive setback for me. The company has a responsibility to its customers with these type of products to ensure consistency of the products in these type of programs. I can only hope that askderm will make this right for me, and in the future initiate better customer service / communication. Still waiting. Please send me an email expediting my order . Thank you.
