GBDid not receive my order yet! It showed at tracking record that my package deliver at 1/29. Today is 2/2, still not receive my package. No representative even contact me to solve this problem.

CAI was curious to try askderm as I find… I was curious to try askderm as I find their website informative and easy to use. I've had almost good experience with them. It was easy to place my order and everythng went smoothly. I was able to find wht I need in their catalogue easily without too much efford. Prices seem resonable. If there was one thing that could be better Ite be nice if they offeredn more choice whith respect to payment options. Non the less overall I'm happy with my purchase.

GBwebsite only issue website offers 10-15% discount at checkout. The problem is I never saw the discount box for code entry. Please adjust my charge applying my discount.

GBLower price but different things. When I received my order,I found it's different from my roommate's which was bought from another website with 20% discount.Though I bought it with 25% discount, the staffs contained in the set with the same original price is less than my roommate's.

GBExcellent service and FRESH product selection I easily found my everyday sunscreen, Total Block spf 65 transparent, on their website. Besides having free shipping I have the assurance of having fresh products - expires in June 2017!!! No local store carries sunscreen with an expiration date this far out. Also, received some free sunscreen samples. I will continue to use Ask Derm!
