Still no package Well my product was supposed to arrive last Friday. And as of last Friday, my tracking information stated my package hadn't even left New York. I have no idea where it is, because nothing has been updated since last week. If it doesn't arrive by Wednesday I'll be placing a call to customer service.

Great customer service! Well let me begin by saying that I'm always skeptical when it comes to online companies; however, my experience with this company was beyond fabulous. They had a great online deal that beat sephoras price on the foreo Luna mini by like $40. I then found a company even cheaper online that looked a little sketchy and they pricematched their price. Customer service was fast, responsive, and courteous. Shipping was super fast! Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Excellent service and FRESH product selection I easily found my everyday sunscreen, Total Block spf 65 transparent, on their website. Besides having free shipping I have the assurance of having fresh products - expires in June 2017!!! No local store carries sunscreen with an expiration date this far out. Also, received some free sunscreen samples. I will continue to use Ask Derm!

Lower price but different things. When I received my order,I found it's different from my roommate's which was bought from another website with 20% discount.Though I bought it with 25% discount, the staffs contained in the set with the same original price is less than my roommate's.

Really great lip balm. I love that the majority of this lip product is made up of essential oils, and not all that fuddy duddy stuff you most definitely should not be putting on your lips. I have very sensitive and chronically chapped lips, and this balm was really nice.
