Box Opened When I received my order, the outside packaging was fine, but the box to the Clarisonic brush was damaged, and the seal on the box was broken. It was obviously that way when it was sent out and did not occur during the shipping process. I contacted askderm.com and reported the problem and requested that they exchange my brush for one that was unopened and not damaged, but they refused saying they do not accept returns. However, the shipping was very fast.

Still no package Well my product was supposed to arrive last Friday. And as of last Friday, my tracking information stated my package hadn't even left New York. I have no idea where it is, because nothing has been updated since last week. If it doesn't arrive by Wednesday I'll be placing a call to customer service.

Amazing in one word! These products are amazing as my order was delivered within 3 - 4 days and I have seen a massive difference in my skin in just a few days of use.. My pores are no longer visible, my skin feels smoother and brighter already! Thumbs up to M2 products, love them already and recommend to anyone looking for a better product line that's also not too pricey!!

Lack of Communication / Service I am disappointed in the lack of communication from askderm when products have been put on hold because of one item on backorder. I still have not been notified of this interruption. I only found out about it when I checked the online tracking number. The number had been canceled. Since I am in the initial phase of a new hair and scalp treatment for hair growth, I am not sure how this interruption will affect what I hope to be a positive result; also not to mention that this will be an expensive setback for me. The company has a responsibility to its customers with these type of products to ensure consistency of the products in these type of programs. I can only hope that askderm will make this right for me, and in the future initiate better customer service / communication. Still waiting. Please send me an email expediting my order . Thank you.

HORRIBLE First Time (and last) experience I ordered products from AskDerm- Two of the products (one for a family member) were for FACIAL exfoliating (same product) When they arrived the packaging stated that they are BODY exfoliators. I called Customer Service and spoke to Karen. She was very nice and got the product and apologized profusedly for the wrong description online. She then proceeded to tell me that she would refund the products and send me a shipping slip for UPS. I asked her if she could send a US mail slip so I dont have to drive to UPS to return THEIR mistake. She said she will have her supervisor call me. That was days ago and I have not received a mailing label or a phone call. Great company...I am going to stop payment for all of the items I received.
