Lack of Communication / Service I am disappointed in the lack of communication from askderm when products have been put on hold because of one item on backorder. I still have not been notified of this interruption. I only found out about it when I checked the online tracking number. The number had been canceled. Since I am in the initial phase of a new hair and scalp treatment for hair growth, I am not sure how this interruption will affect what I hope to be a positive result; also not to mention that this will be an expensive setback for me. The company has a responsibility to its customers with these type of products to ensure consistency of the products in these type of programs. I can only hope that askderm will make this right for me, and in the future initiate better customer service / communication. Still waiting. Please send me an email expediting my order . Thank you.

Box Opened When I received my order, the outside packaging was fine, but the box to the Clarisonic brush was damaged, and the seal on the box was broken. It was obviously that way when it was sent out and did not occur during the shipping process. I contacted askderm.com and reported the problem and requested that they exchange my brush for one that was unopened and not damaged, but they refused saying they do not accept returns. However, the shipping was very fast.

Excellent Customer Service I placed an order from askderm and it unusually came defective. I figured I would not get a credit as so often happens with companies. However , I wrote askederm I got an immediate response on my issue. I also got a full credit as well with ZERO HASSLE!! ) I was so appreciative of this!! I would highly recommend this site and will not hesitate to order from them again , great customer service and experience. A special thanks to Ashley whom i dealt with!!

Good experience overall The product is good, package is good, internationally delivery is fast, but it says any FOREO products comes with free cleaning spray, yet I paid for the cleaning spray myself.....NOT 100% satisfied.

Prompt delivery and a surprise inside! I recently received my order from Askderm. It was nicely wrapped, arrived early, in spite of all the snow in my area, and also came with some surprises I hadn't expected. I have ordered from Askderm many times now and each time their services are exceptional. They offer discounts and always include a generous sample or two. I highly recommend AskDerm!
