They are callous about sensitive topics and do not issue refunds I ordered Boustise Boustise Bust Plumping Serum. The product did not work, even after two months. I contacted askderm for a refund. They said it was past 30 days, so they wouldn't refund me. Then I submitted a dispute with my credit card. Askderm sent the credit card agency proof that I received the Serum and proof of their 30-day guarantee. It was closed without a refund. I didn't dispute the fact that I RECEIVED the item--I disputed the fact that it DOES NOT WORK. Then I submitted a claim with the BBB, which was replied by a callous letter from them. They even deleted my "does not work" feedback off their website, as though they are hiding that it doesn't work. I will never buy anything from askderm again.

Did not receive my order yet! It showed at tracking record that my package deliver at 1/29. Today is 2/2, still not receive my package. No representative even contact me to solve this problem.

Bait and switch I should have know the price was too good to be true. When ordering Glytone Step-Up Mild Gel for my wife I compared the picture to the bottle she had. Pictured is the 200 ml/6.7 oz. (exactly the same as I was looking for). What they are actually selling is the 30 ml/1.0 oz size. The old bait and switch. I'll never shop askderm again. Update. askderm got back offered full refund and with be replacing picture. For this rapid response I upgrade them from 1 to 3 stars.

One Shipped, One Pending... To be honest, I am not satisfied with the delivery service. It could be understood that the delivery pressure is huge due to the Black Friday. However, I have two orders which were created almost at the same time. One has been shipped, the other still pending. And I have no idea when i can get the other one and why it is like this.

Really great lip balm. I love that the majority of this lip product is made up of essential oils, and not all that fuddy duddy stuff you most definitely should not be putting on your lips. I have very sensitive and chronically chapped lips, and this balm was really nice.
