CAExcellent! My experience with Askderm has been fantastic - excellent customer service and the Glycolix 20% cream is a great product. I didn't feel any activity on my skin at first (it's pretty resilient) but after a few days the acids began to work and it's done a great job. I'm very pleased overall and I will absolutely be back.

GBThey are callous about sensitive topics and do not issue refunds I ordered Boustise Boustise Bust Plumping Serum. The product did not work, even after two months. I contacted askderm for a refund. They said it was past 30 days, so they wouldn't refund me. Then I submitted a dispute with my credit card. Askderm sent the credit card agency proof that I received the Serum and proof of their 30-day guarantee. It was closed without a refund. I didn't dispute the fact that I RECEIVED the item--I disputed the fact that it DOES NOT WORK. Then I submitted a claim with the BBB, which was replied by a callous letter from them. They even deleted my "does not work" feedback off their website, as though they are hiding that it doesn't work. I will never buy anything from askderm again.

GBBox Opened When I received my order, the outside packaging was fine, but the box to the Clarisonic brush was damaged, and the seal on the box was broken. It was obviously that way when it was sent out and did not occur during the shipping process. I contacted askderm.com and reported the problem and requested that they exchange my brush for one that was unopened and not damaged, but they refused saying they do not accept returns. However, the shipping was very fast.

GBHORRIBLE First Time (and last) experience I ordered products from AskDerm- Two of the products (one for a family member) were for FACIAL exfoliating (same product) When they arrived the packaging stated that they are BODY exfoliators. I called Customer Service and spoke to Karen. She was very nice and got the product and apologized profusedly for the wrong description online. She then proceeded to tell me that she would refund the products and send me a shipping slip for UPS. I asked her if she could send a US mail slip so I dont have to drive to UPS to return THEIR mistake. She said she will have her supervisor call me. That was days ago and I have not received a mailing label or a phone call. Great company...I am going to stop payment for all of the items I received.

CAI was curious to try askderm as I find… I was curious to try askderm as I find their website informative and easy to use. I've had almost good experience with them. It was easy to place my order and everythng went smoothly. I was able to find wht I need in their catalogue easily without too much efford. Prices seem resonable. If there was one thing that could be better Ite be nice if they offeredn more choice whith respect to payment options. Non the less overall I'm happy with my purchase.
