Excellent Customer Service I placed an order from askderm and it unusually came defective. I figured I would not get a credit as so often happens with companies. However , I wrote askederm I got an immediate response on my issue. I also got a full credit as well with ZERO HASSLE!! ) I was so appreciative of this!! Good experience overall The product is good, package is good, internationally delivery is fast, but it says any FOREO products comes with free cleaning spray, yet I paid for the cleaning spray myself.....NOT 100% satisfied.

Prompt delivery and a surprise inside! I recently received my order from Askderm. It was nicely wrapped, arrived early, in spite of all the snow in my area, and also came with some surprises I hadn't expected. Did not receive my order yet! It showed at tracking record that my package deliver at 1/29. Today is 2/2, still not receive my package. No representative even contact me to solve this problem.

I was curious to try askderm as I find… I was curious to try askderm as I find their website informative and easy to use. I've had almost good experience with them. It was easy to place my order and everythng went smoothly. I was able to find wht I need in their catalogue easily without too much efford. Prices seem resonable. If there was one thing that could be better Ite be nice if they offeredn more choice whith respect to payment options. Non the less overall I'm happy with my purchase.
