GBBluetooth connectivity is spotty even… Bluetooth connectivity is spotty even with the new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. No notification of messages or phone calls are announced in the hearing aids. Placing the phone in a pants pocket effectively disconnects the Bluetooth. Still can't connect them via Bluetooth to other devices, such as the 2022 Sony TV we just bought.

AUFaulty hearing aids Purchased Starkey hearing aids through ihear it was the worst experience in my life, the hearing aids has never worked properly always echoing back into the ear we took them back many times to be repaired when we received them back same issue arose. It's been nearly 5 years and I never used the aids for more than a day they sat in the box.

AUNeeds a lot of work Adequate is probably the best description as to the effectiveness of the Thrive app. It randomly can't find my hearing aids (despite them being next to the 'phone). Volume conrol sometimes only works on one ( but I can control both manually). Other ad hoc bizzare behaviour necessitating uninstalling the app, downloading again and re-setting. Usually works for a few weeks until something else goes wrong...then repeat process. App needs some serious work to bring it to an acceptable, functional level!

GBThe hearing aids are easy to place in… The hearing aids are easy to place in the ears, and easy to recharge. The Starkey app on our iPhone works great in adjusting to the environment. The main problem we had was making sure our iPhones had separate apple accounts so they could connect properly. Dr and Mrs Duane Dolejsi

GBLoser Livio model I have the Livio model. Works great till you go to a humid environment. I live in south Louisiana, so that means anywhere other than your living room! Can't wear outside because sweat will make them turn off. Dehumidifiers help very little! I'm on 3rd or 4th pair and right now the right one works about 10% of the time. I do have to give credit where credit is due, the tinitus technology works pretty good. Would I buy Starkey hearing aids again? Not no but HECK NO!!!!!
