GBReally disappointed with these hearing… Really disappointed with these hearing aids, I was very strongly advised by the audiologist that I would vastly prefer private aids over NHS. What a mistake, the NHS ones are much preferable. A very expensive mistake. The Starkey aids also turn themselves off if I fall asleep, rubbish if you are waiting for the door bell to ring.

AUNeeds a lot of work Adequate is probably the best description as to the effectiveness of the Thrive app. It randomly can't find my hearing aids (despite them being next to the 'phone). Volume conrol sometimes only works on one ( but I can control both manually). Other ad hoc bizzare behaviour necessitating uninstalling the app, downloading again and re-setting. Usually works for a few weeks until something else goes wrong...then repeat process. App needs some serious work to bring it to an acceptable, functional level!

GBPlastic earmolds are like rocks in your ears First time hearing aid user (3 months). Hearing loss is mild to moderate in high ranges. Luckily I can get by with using the domes (earbuds) only because the hard plastic earmolds are like putting rocks in your ears. I will never wear them! Hearing aid specialist even ground them down some, but they are too uncomfortable to wear. Need a better material than hard plastic.

GBMy husband has given his rave review of… My husband has given his rave review of his Starkey Genesis Hearing Aids. I wanted to also thank Starkey for making our conversations better, not having the TV blaring and also seeing him happy to be able to go out amongst our friends and be sociable again. Thank you to Starkey!

GBThe hearing aids are easy to place in… The hearing aids are easy to place in the ears, and easy to recharge. The Starkey app on our iPhone works great in adjusting to the environment. The main problem we had was making sure our iPhones had separate apple accounts so they could connect properly. Dr and Mrs Duane Dolejsi
