Best customer service ever!!!!!! I contacted starkey direct and didn't get a fast response to my query, so I contacted them again, to my astonishment one of the management team (Lesley) answered my email. This lady made me feel like her priority, she could not do enough to help me and went absolutely above and beyond!!!!! All my life I have worked in customer service and unfortunately most places are a let down or average at best..... Lesley has been absolutely fantastic throughout and a credit to the company she works for!!! UNBELIEVABLE

Amazing technology, discreet design! 10/10 My dad, 60 yrs old, was fitted with Genesis AI IICs hearing aids and loves them. He was reluctant to get hearing aids (waited 10+ year after noticing a hearing loss) because of the stigma around wearing them. He was fit with a pair that sits deeper in his canals and is nearly invisible. He hears better than ever especially when he is in big crowds or busy restaurants. Thank you, Starkey, for providing my dad a tailored and personal experience when treating his hearing loss.

Loser Livio model I have the Livio model. Works great till you go to a humid environment. I live in south Louisiana, so that means anywhere other than your living room! Can't wear outside because sweat will make them turn off. Dehumidifiers help very little! I'm on 3rd or 4th pair and right now the right one works about 10% of the time. I do have to give credit where credit is due, the tinitus technology works pretty good. Would I buy Starkey hearing aids again? Not no but HECK NO!!!!!

Bluetooth connectivity is spotty even… Bluetooth connectivity is spotty even with the new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. No notification of messages or phone calls are announced in the hearing aids. Placing the phone in a pants pocket effectively disconnects the Bluetooth. Still can't connect them via Bluetooth to other devices, such as the 2022 Sony TV we just bought.

Began 2 weeks ago wearing hearing… Began 2 weeks ago wearing hearing aides. Heard horror stories about being in a group or loud noises in a room. Watched a friend adjust in disgust her HA. Last night different friend adjusted his HA as noise was irritating him. Both instances, I was great. No adjustments needed. Yes!!! Starkey !
