What a waste of money What a waste of money. I have the AI Livio and still paying for it but what a disappointment. The connection with the iPhone keeps dropping - I bought especially an iPhone 13 because I’ve read of others having issues with Android. While watching tv or listening to music suddenly disconnects. In the recent days keeps turning off by itself and cannot turn it on. I keep recharging it but after that it doesn’t turn on as it should. The memories I created for particular environments are on for a few minutes but then it resets to Normal. So frustrating!

I got the livio 2400 hearing aids last… I got the livio 2400 hearing aids last october 2020. Have needed speaker replacement 4 times and the right one appears to be slowly dying again. After I get through the 3 year period I plan on getting a cheaper set as the new technology is becoming more prevelent in the market. The days of starkey and other price gouging companies are over - Thankfully! It's incredible how much I was charged for these pieces of garbage.

My password? Is this some kind of an advertising joke? The failure took place over several momnths, and is ongoing, not one day. The devices improved my hearing immediately. But I was unable to adjust the volume or frequency band even though i was told it was possible. Later i found out there was software to permit these adjustments. When it was installed it improved everything. UNFORTUNATELY, it didn't last long. The software stopped working. I am now waiting to have it reinstalled. I need to get this software so I can do it myself. The wait is unreasonably long. The wait is unreasonably long. (This format is not sufficient to submit a good report)

The hearing aids are easy to place in… The hearing aids are easy to place in the ears, and easy to recharge. The Starkey app on our iPhone works great in adjusting to the environment. The main problem we had was making sure our iPhones had separate apple accounts so they could connect properly. Dr and Mrs Duane Dolejsi
