The only reason I am rating them a one … The only reason I am rating them a one star is that it won't let me rate 0 stars. Placed an order for Bravecto on August 13, still waiting for it on September 16. I emailed them two weeks ago and they said it was back ordered and should go out the following week, it didn't. I emailed them on Thursday telling them to ship my order within two days or cancel the order. Haven't heard anything yet, if I don't hear anything by Tuesday I am calling BBB. Tried calling National Animal Hospital and only get recording all hours of the day. HORRIBLE

Good service & pricing I wish we knew about Trinity Hospital sooner. We changed vetenariians after the first visit. Our 14 & half year old Pug has improved health with enlarged heart, lung and kidney issues. Trinity did a thorough exam and organ xrays and made the correct diagnosis and medications. Good friendly staff and the Dr will call with any concerns or questionas.

They were great at first but went down … They were great at first but went down hill quick. They will not email you back they do not answer the phone or return messages. They took my money but didn't actually fax the request to the vet. And don't bother to ask if they will ship your package certified because they will tell you that they will but they won't, then give an attitude. If i just got one single email or call back this would be a 5 star review, idiots.

Great - Most of the time Generally responsive service. I have had problems with auto-shipments when needing to combine with regular shipment in order to save shipping costs. They do tend to have great prices for the medications I use frequently for my dog that other places cannot beat. I hope they stay in business for a long time as my previous supplier went under.

Honest and reliable I am very happy with the service and the products. I know this company will give a fair price compared to well-known and well-publicized websites for Pet medications. It can get very expensive keeping geriatric pets comfortable, and medical issues under control - e.g. seizures. I don't need or want to pay for advertising.
