My first order Ordered a prescription product for one of my dogs- they verified with my vet which more convenient for me as I live 30 minutes from her. Medicine came promptly as was exactly as described- a great price compared to other places. I researched prices as I rescue dogs and have many fosters and several of my own, so saving money for quality products is important to me.

Poor customer service. Ordered on the evening of March 29, Credit Card charged on March 30. After delay with prescription was resolved on April 5, they claimed they would ship right away. Posted tracking number on April 6 and never updated status again. Contacted via telephone several times and never received a call back. Finally emailed and received a response that they were sorry and a new order would be shipped immediately via priority mail and I would receive a new tracking number, never did and yesterday April 18 after no response to several emails and phone calls I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. Worst customer service and online company I have attempted to use in years. Had to go back to vet refill meds twice and now have to search for another source. Would give them no stars if that was possible.

I love National Animal Hospital!! I am the happy owner of 2 Cavalier King Charles spaniels, one of whom is 14 years young. She is arthritic and has heart disease also. Some of her meds are prescribed by her long time vet and others by her cardiologist. Not only does NAH contact her docs for renewals, their prices are great and service is impeccable. I would recommend them to anyone with confidence!

Local pharmacies love National AH Local pharmacies love National AH! Great prices, slow delivery, zero customer service. Ordered on March 23. Card charged on March 25. Off the shelf items did not ship until April 10. No one picks up phone, No one returns email. Products were shipped USPS with signature required. If you are familiar with USPS, their website and telephone customer service to hold for pickup is, well... non-existent. Had to go back to vet twice to refill meds.

They stole my little Fido! I am severely disappointed due to lack of consideration during their surgeries, they almost killed my little chihuahua Fido, they gave him and intestinal disease and gave him Hepatitis because the staff scratched his ar3e before the surgery and forgot to put hand sanitizer before. They also forgot to put anesthetic on too! After this, without my consent, they decided to put Fido down as he was in so much pain, he looked like Hisashi Ouchi when he got the lethal dose of radiation during, search it up, it's disgusting For focks sake, even the vets on the corner was better than this cesspit, and the ones on the corners aren't even that good! You need to up your service, you little pieces of sh]t.
