USTerrible customer service Terrible customer service! Purchased 2 pairs of their shoes! Loved the first pair and needed questions answered to the Elm Taupe boots that I found as stiff as a ski boot! Never answer emails and forget calling them! So now I need to return with unanswered questions costing almost $25 to return because if you return, they charge you for the shipping for the outgoing boot! Wanted to like them and recommended to my 55 over community. Lost a customer!

GBYou couldn't make it up About 6 months ago i requested a size 13 boot in lieu of a size 12.5 when available. Initially put on hold i tried a few more times but response was not forthcoming. Plagues by kybun adverts i have just responded by trying again and have come to a dead end while trying to order again, a test pair . Its so infuriating that the daily adverts have become a wonderment.

TWI had my Kybun for 3 years but I hardly… I had my Kybun for 3 years but I hardly wear it, only some days in winter and out of the country. I live in Taiwan, Kybun Suede Sneaker is too hot for regular days here. The problem with their shoes is their midsole/outersole cracks easily and there is no repair for that. Buyers BewareğŸ˜

GBWet Feet Note: I am a UK customer. I bought a pair of jungfrau 17 walking boots about four years back at just under £300 hoping they'd help me keep active with my post traumatic ankle arthritis. Disappointingly my ankle was too painful so I couldn't wear them for the first couple of years. Then I had ankle replacement surgery and discovered I could wear them - wonderful shock absorption and support. Sadly in approximately 15 months the rubber around them cracked in a couple of places and I started getting wet feet. I complained but was told the guarantee had run out - of course I'd had them for much longer than I'd used them. Now I have two bike puncture repair patches on them and continue wearing them though they look a little eccentric. For the cost this is not good and sadly I'm now looking for another type of better quality boot with the equivalent shock absorption.

USI purchased Kyboot shoes as I was…plantars fasciitis diagnosis I purchased Kyboot shoes as I was diagnosed with plantars fasciitis in my left foot. Kyboot shoes immediately took away the pain and they were the only shoes I could wear. The only negative is the Kyboot shoes with the high-rebound effect don't offer as much stability as regular shoes. I found that my knees were affected by this and I ended up with knee pain. The newer, low-rebound effect Kyboot shoes offer less cushioning but more stability and may have been best for me but I don't think they were available last year when I had my foot pain. It's nice that Kyboot has options so try both styles before you make your purchase.
