Very slow to process refund Very slow to process refund. I had to contact several times. Responses we're quick, but action was slow. No apologies, either. To clarify: return was received June 27th and refund was not received until July 14. KYboot did not attempt to process the refund to my card until I sent 2 emails. I am not a chronic complainer who likes to issue bad reviews, but I feel compelled to voice the truth here. Honestly, I would not even have posted a review, but I have received several emails from KYBoot urging me to do so.

At work limping.... No more! At work, people noticed me limping. I had my steroid shots but no relief, and perhaps I bought all the shoes and inserts that promised to take my pain away, but still, my plantar fasciitis kept torturing me. My back is also going bad as my posture and walking are affected. I was reluctant to buy the shoes because of the price. Until one day I can't take it anymore and look into trying the shoes. It was the best decision and investment I've ever made. My kyBoot shoes became my best friend.

Kicked metatarsalgia pain to the curb! The shoes fit like a dream and arrived sooner than expected. They are beautiful and I already feel relief in my knee. We have ordered many pair, and say without hesitation that they restored my husband’s quality of life. Just two years ago his metatarsalgia was so intense he couldn’t walk from the car to a restaurant and now using the shoes has been able to resume his daily walks and just last week enjoyed an entire day at Disney World. Great comfort - style could be improved! I absolutely love what kind boots does for my feet how I’m able to walk over all kinds of terrain in comfort. If you’ve ever had any peripheral neuropathy this is the shoe for you. I would like to reach out to the people who run the company to suggest that they try to introduce some style into their line of shoes the one sandal I like the Roman sandal they took off the market so I did buy the other ones they’re just not pretty on the foot. However the feeling is like heaven. So I wear them But wouldn’t it be great if they had some really stylish models where they could incorporate the base into a more attractive shoe.

I bought the LuZerne Mary Jane and love its "walking on a pillow" feeling for the Neuropathy in my feet. I am not diabetic, but having had surgery on both feet had led to unexpected foot problems.
