GBVery slow to process refund Very slow to process refund. I had to contact several times. Responses we're quick, but action was slow. No apologies, either. To clarify: return was received June 27th and refund was not received until July 14. KYboot did not attempt to process the refund to my card until I sent 2 emails. I am not a chronic complainer who likes to issue bad reviews, but I feel compelled to voice the truth here. Honestly, I would not even have posted a review, but I have received several emails from KYBoot urging me to do so.

GBZig-zag and straight stitching hurt The zig-zag seams along the edge of the insole are rough against my skin. I own the Gaya and didn't notice the roughness until it was broken in but since I wear socks with those it's not too bad. BUT 3 summer shoes and sandals that I ordered have rough fabric which curled into my toes and rough stitching (1 with straight stitching and 2 with zig-zag stitching). I really wanted these shoes to feel comfortable for this summer.

GBI purchased Kyboot shoes as I was…plantars fasciitis diagnosis I purchased Kyboot shoes as I was diagnosed with plantars fasciitis in my left foot. Kyboot shoes immediately took away the pain and they were the only shoes I could wear. The only negative is the Kyboot shoes with the high-rebound effect don't offer as much stability as regular shoes. I found that my knees were affected by this and I ended up with knee pain. The newer, low-rebound effect Kyboot shoes offer less cushioning but more stability and may have been best for me but I don't think they were available last year when I had my foot pain. It's nice that Kyboot has options so try both styles before you make your purchase.

GBWet Feet Note: I am a UK customer. I bought a pair of jungfrau 17 walking boots about four years back at just under £300 hoping they'd help me keep active with my post traumatic ankle arthritis. Disappointingly my ankle was too painful so I couldn't wear them for the first couple of years. Then I had ankle replacement surgery and discovered I could wear them - wonderful shock absorption and support. Sadly in approximately 15 months the rubber around them cracked in a couple of places and I started getting wet feet. I complained but was told the guarantee had run out - of course I'd had them for much longer than I'd used them. Now I have two bike puncture repair patches on them and continue wearing them though they look a little eccentric. For the cost this is not good and sadly I'm now looking for another type of better quality boot with the equivalent shock absorption.

FRReal good shoes Real good shoes , but SOOOOOO expensive they forget @ kybun that not everyone has a Swiss income. It's a pity that having less pain walking is only possible if you're prepared to pay a lot of money. For me they are over priced, but good.
