Very slow to process refund Very slow to process refund. I had to contact several times. Responses we're quick, but action was slow. No apologies, either. To clarify: return was received June 27th and refund was not received until July 14. KYboot did not attempt to process the refund to my card until I sent 2 emails. I am not a chronic complainer who likes to issue bad reviews, but I feel compelled to voice the truth here. Honestly, I would not even have posted a review, but I have received several emails from KYBoot urging me to do so.

ZERO customer service ZERO Be very careful on the pricy mistake you are about to make. The shoes are very expensive, but as long as you can find the right one that works for you it may be worth it, however you have to pay the shipping to get the shoes and you WILL pay 3 TIMES more of your original shipping cost when you want to return it due to wrong size or excessive heat that shoes cause while you're walking. They are NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE oriented for those who live in the US and are accustomed to customer service, WRONG COMPANY!

Now I can walk again I'm so happy that I came across kyBoot shoes. I suffered from Plantar fasciitis and walking caused pain in my foot and heal, it made me feel really old to be hobbling around. With these wonderful shoes now I can walk again and it is liberating! I walk everywhere with a great sense of freedom and independence. I have three pairs, an everyday shoe, a sandal and a gold sandal for special occasions, i won't wear anything else.

Great soles, terrible uppers I bought a pair of women's hiking Kybun shoes. I love the soles - they perform as advertised. However, the uppers are terrible. Toe box is too narrow and causes pinky toe blisters (and I don't have exceptionally wide/large feet or thick socks). The ankle rim is stiff and bulky and hurts my ankles - hasn't broken in even over several hikes. I ordered a half-size larger than my usual size, and the shoes feel short and cramped. So I love the soles, but the badly constructed uppers make these shoes unusable for me.

Kicked metatarsalgia pain to the curb! The shoes fit like a dream and arrived sooner than expected. They are beautiful and I already feel relief in my knee. We have ordered many pair, and say without hesitation that they restored my husband’s quality of life. Just two years ago his metatarsalgia was so intense he couldn’t walk from the car to a restaurant and now using the shoes has been able to resume his daily walks and just last week enjoyed an entire day at Disney World. Thank you so very much.
