TWI had my Kybun for 3 years but I hardly… I had my Kybun for 3 years but I hardly wear it, only some days in winter and out of the country. I live in Taiwan, Kybun Suede Sneaker is too hot for regular days here. The problem with their shoes is their midsole/outersole cracks easily and there is no repair for that. Buyers BewareğŸ˜

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service! Purchased 2 pairs of their shoes! Loved the first pair and needed questions answered to the Elm Taupe boots that I found as stiff as a ski boot! Never answer emails and forget calling them! So now I need to return with unanswered questions costing almost $25 to return because if you return, they charge you for the shipping for the outgoing boot! Wanted to like them and recommended to my 55 over community. Lost a customer!

GBSuper easy every step of the way All the people I've worked with on this one have been wonderful. Ben from the UK, plus Marina and Laura here stateside. ... Side note: we need more colors and styles of these Kyboot. There is no other shoe I'd ever wear after owning these. I need them in every color and style. There needs to be a resurrection of the Seoul or a similar looking product (this is in the vein of classic timberlands, a style that's always in), a variety of bold colored sneakers for both genders (one solid color like red or purple or gold, including all-white ones), black high tops like for basketball, a golf shoe, etc etc etc.. Can't get enough of these Kyboot!!!

GBTwo year longevity You need to read the website carefully as they estimate a two year life span for these shoes. I've had them longer , however have worn them little, but the soles have separated from the shoes on both sides , the first warning was my feet getting a little damp but in a short time both sides have completely detached at the front . Very disappointing for a very expensive shoe that I have not worn all that much and looking at the construction I think this is a fault that would be repeated as the sole seems just to be glued onto the shoe and with the compression of the sole when walking it would appear to be a weak point in the design. There are better rocker shoes out there.

GBWet Feet Note: I am a UK customer. I bought a pair of jungfrau 17 walking boots about four years back at just under £300 hoping they'd help me keep active with my post traumatic ankle arthritis. Disappointingly my ankle was too painful so I couldn't wear them for the first couple of years. Then I had ankle replacement surgery and discovered I could wear them - wonderful shock absorption and support. Sadly in approximately 15 months the rubber around them cracked in a couple of places and I started getting wet feet. I complained but was told the guarantee had run out - of course I'd had them for much longer than I'd used them. Now I have two bike puncture repair patches on them and continue wearing them though they look a little eccentric. For the cost this is not good and sadly I'm now looking for another type of better quality boot with the equivalent shock absorption.
