US$800 shower chair quality issues - return/refund refused Ordered a new shower chair from Medicale Shop after tons of research and measuring my existing one. It arrived and I had numerous issues with product quality and product expectations based on sales materials. Plastic assembly and component flimsiness compromises sturdy, long term durability Expensive add-on back pad is cheaply made, flimsy and does not stay clipped on the chair. This will break. Expensive add-on padded seat is cheaply made, flimsy, and extremely hard. I can see it tearing within a few months' use. Height adjustment feature is nearly impossible to use due to crappy plastic components. An able-bodied adult could barely remove the pegs. Arm rests are insubstantial and pose risk of falling resulting in injury or worse Despite measurement similarity to my old chair, this one is too narrow to accommodate a hoyer lift, the sitting area is tiny, and the 5’11” 165 lb user feels cramped. Waterfall edge design poses additional risk of falling. Seller and manufacturer won’t allow a return. This technically aligns with stated return “sanitary” or “health risk” policy medical retailers and manufacturers hide behind. No one can complain about poorly made products when the companies have this excuse. Seller so far won't take unique problems with this product seriously enough to consider refund accommodations. This is unacceptable. Also: -The chair was not used whatsoever -The product fails to meet basic quality standards despite an $800 price tag. -Accessories are cheap and fragile. -Adjustable feature (a big upcharge) barely functions. -This was paid for 100% out-of-pocket by a person with a severe disability. -We now have a wholly unusable shower chair, one that poses risks to the user's safety. I have no choice but to post reviews and hope the seller does the right thing and lets us return this sub-par, extremely expensive item.

USAbsolutely horrible experience I ordered medical supplies and was told they would ship in 2 to 3 weeks. I am now in the 6th week and according to Medicaleshop they have no idea when or if they will ship. I didn't have months of supply on hand so this was very inconvenient. They did however charge my card for the products that evidently they can't get.

USBest prices for my wheelchair stuff I've purchased 5 Axiom cushions for my wheelchairs through medicaleshop now and 2 quokka bags. Hands down they have the best prices. Whenever I get a cushion from my ATP for my main wheelchair, I head to medicaleshop to see if they have it for my backup chair. What's really great is their customer service - contacting them with questions is really easy and they're super friendly and patient. My caretaker has an account and purchases through them on my insurance so they work with that too which is cool. You also get points when you order which gives you a little bit of money off over time.

USI want to say that this is a trusted company I want to say that this is a very good company that you can trust. Good customer service, good prices, and fast delivery. I especially want to say that there is one person who works there and who is not indifferent to the fate of special needs children. Mr. Eden deserves a special thanks for his patience and understanding. His involvement helped make the process easier. Thank you very much for your services.

USFraudulent Seller Practicing False Advertising BUYER BEWARE: THERE ARE MANY OTHER 1-3 STAR EXPERIENCES JUST LIKE MINE. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND READ THE HONEST REVIEWS BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE HERE! *My Experience* On 7/10/21 I ordered a case of LRG Secure X-Plus briefs from Medical eShop Inc and was charged $62.91 via PayPal. At the time of my purchase and this review, their website claims the product is available and will be delivered by Standard Ground Shipping for $6.99. 2-days later I received an email that included the following message: "We would like to inform you that the item for which you placed the order is a non-stock, special order item and carries a lead time of 3-4 weeks." I replied that I would indeed wait, but was weary about wasting my time if the retailer did not keep it in stock and have a viable supply chain or distributor who did. Evidently they order directly from the manufacturer, which only has the XL size back stocked; With no further intent to produce the LRG size I paid for. They tried to bait & switch me for a different size, which I declined, requesting a refund. After that they stopped replying. I want my money back and see the product removed from their marketplace.
