Expensive and Clunky But it Works Items are very expensive and you have to contact them to get exact prices for some items. Many of the items are very niche, so the cost is somewhat understandable. Having to contact them for prices is archaic, but they did at least respond reasonably promptly. My item reached me in a reasonable amount of time and works as expected.

Shipping Delay x3 weeks Shipping was delayed a week. Then another week. Then another week. So far not the best experience with this company. ***Reply*** The item was listed as in stock. There was no mention that the item would be delayed 3 weeks. I did not receive the option to cancel due to the delay (had I received this option, I would have excercised it). The only correspondence I got was 'shipping delayed by manufacturer.' Not really an acceptable answer on an order over $3,000.

Absolutely horrible experience I ordered medical supplies and was told they would ship in 2 to 3 weeks. I am now in the 6th week and according to Medicaleshop they have no idea when or if they will ship. I didn't have months of supply on hand so this was very inconvenient. They did however charge my card for the products that evidently they can't get.

Glad I found this website! Had never heard of this website. Came up as a retailer on a search from the manufacturer's website. Glad I found it. Item I was looking for, I knew was needed, and got discount by the chance of the timing of my purchase, plus an additional 10% for 'buying today'. Totally convenient and absolutely painless transaction. Saved it in my favorites. Highly recommended!

This was the product I needed BUT This was the product I needed, but it took 2 weeks to receive. You’d think that a medical supply company would have more than just the slowest shipping time one could purchase.
