We ordered everything at the same time, and our check has cleared...but still missing slings. Also, your website states specifically "free shipping" which I had to haggle with the customer service agent about, causing an unpleasant experience at the start. You need to be very clear about the shipping of such an expensive item. I am glad this was resolved and we did not have to pay this "extra" shipping charge. Your UPS shipping of the slings does not say what item(s) are delayed. There is no information and as a company YOU need to be on top of where the items are that a customer has paid for and if delayed what item it is and WHEN it will be delivered.

I am not happy as i have been charged… I am not happy as i have been charged for my order and it keeps getting delayed through no fault of my own. I should not have been charged on my credit card until the order has shipped. I have received 3 order updates with the shipping date getting further and further out.

Absolutely horrible experience I ordered medical supplies and was told they would ship in 2 to 3 weeks. I am now in the 6th week and according to Medicaleshop they have no idea when or if they will ship. I didn't have months of supply on hand so this was very inconvenient. They did however charge my card for the products that evidently they can't get.
