USShipping Delay x3 weeks Shipping was delayed a week. Then another week. Then another week. So far not the best experience with this company. ***Reply*** The item was listed as in stock. There was no mention that the item would be delayed 3 weeks. I did not receive the option to cancel due to the delay (had I received this option, I would have excercised it). The only correspondence I got was 'shipping delayed by manufacturer.' Not really an acceptable answer on an order over $3,000.

USI am not happy as i have been charged… I am not happy as i have been charged for my order and it keeps getting delayed through no fault of my own. I should not have been charged on my credit card until the order has shipped. I have received 3 order updates with the shipping date getting further and further out.

USOrder was delayed The only negative part of ordering from this company was that it took too long to receive the product. I ordered it at the beginning of July and did not receive it until the end of September. I specifically informed the company that we needed it by August 20. It arrived September 27. The price, however, was very good compared to other companies, for the same exact product.

USOur order was not complete and we are… Our order was not complete and we are still waiting on 4 slings to go with the Arjo lifter. We ordered everything at the same time, and our check has cleared...but still missing slings. Also, your website states specifically "free shipping" which I had to haggle with the customer service agent about, causing an unpleasant experience at the start. You need to be very clear about the shipping of such an expensive item. I am glad this was resolved and we did not have to pay this "extra" shipping charge. Your UPS shipping of the slings does not say what item(s) are delayed. There is no information and as a company YOU need to be on top of where the items are that a customer has paid for and if delayed what item it is and WHEN it will be delivered.
