Took a week to ship a transfer board Took a week to ship a transfer board. I asked about over night was told it would be $70.00 shipping. Should not have been more than 25.00. Customer service person was very nice. When something medical is ordered it is usually because it is needed fast. Not to be shipped a week later plus a few days in transit. The board is good quality.

Our order was not complete and we are… Our order was not complete and we are still waiting on 4 slings to go with the Arjo lifter. We ordered everything at the same time, and our check has cleared...but still missing slings. Also, your website states specifically "free shipping" which I had to haggle with the customer service agent about, causing an unpleasant experience at the start. You need to be very clear about the shipping of such an expensive item. I am glad this was resolved and we did not have to pay this "extra" shipping charge. Your UPS shipping of the slings does not say what item(s) are delayed. There is no information and as a company YOU need to be on top of where the items are that a customer has paid for and if delayed what item it is and WHEN it will be delivered.

This was the product I needed BUT This was the product I needed, but it took 2 weeks to receive. You’d think that a medical supply company would have more than just the slowest shipping time one could purchase.

I want to say that this is a trusted company I want to say that this is a very good company that you can trust. Good customer service, good prices, and fast delivery. I especially want to say that there is one person who works there and who is not indifferent to the fate of special needs children. Mr. Eden deserves a special thanks for his patience and understanding. His involvement helped make the process easier. Thank you very much for your services.
