Order was delayed The only negative part of ordering from this company was that it took too long to receive the product. I ordered it at the beginning of July and did not receive it until the end of September. I specifically informed the company that we needed it by August 20. It arrived September 27. The price, however, was very good compared to other companies, for the same exact product.

The description was inadequate The description was inadequate. Not what I thought it would be like.

I am not happy as i have been charged… I am not happy as i have been charged for my order and it keeps getting delayed through no fault of my own. I should not have been charged on my credit card until the order has shipped. I have received 3 order updates with the shipping date getting further and further out.

Shipping Delay x3 weeks Shipping was delayed a week. Then another week. Then another week. So far not the best experience with this company. ***Reply*** The item was listed as in stock. There was no mention that the item would be delayed 3 weeks. I did not receive the option to cancel due to the delay (had I received this option, I would have excercised it). The only correspondence I got was 'shipping delayed by manufacturer.' Not really an acceptable answer on an order over $3,000.

Took a week to ship a transfer board Took a week to ship a transfer board. I asked about over night was told it would be $70.00 shipping. Should not have been more than 25.00. Customer service person was very nice. When something medical is ordered it is usually because it is needed fast. Not to be shipped a week later plus a few days in transit. The board is good quality.
