I am not happy as i have been charged… I am not happy as i have been charged for my order and it keeps getting delayed through no fault of my own. I should not have been charged on my credit card until the order has shipped. I have received 3 order updates with the shipping date getting further and further out.

Best prices for my wheelchair stuff I've purchased 5 Axiom cushions for my wheelchairs through medicaleshop now and 2 quokka bags. Hands down they have the best prices. Whenever I get a cushion from my ATP for my main wheelchair, I head to medicaleshop to see if they have it for my backup chair. What's really great is their customer service - contacting them with questions is really easy and they're super friendly and patient. My caretaker has an account and purchases through them on my insurance so they work with that too which is cool. You also get points when you order which gives you a little bit of money off over time.

Online ordering was straight forward… Online ordering was straight forward and easy. The fulfillment process was not. Had to call to finalize my order which was just listening to all the info I’d put in online read back to me and listening to a bunch of mumbled whispers as they navigated their system. Then it was almost a week later the order was finally processed and a shipping label was created but everyday I got a status update email that just said it was processing which was kind of annoying because I got 10 emails and only 2 of them had actual helpful information which was a confirmation of the order and a confirmation of the shipment. Took about a week to be delivered. So 2 weeks, 10 emails, and a phone call later I got the item I ordered. Shipping box was in good shape, packing materials were what was needed to get it here safely, item arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as expected. Overall I’m very happy with the product but next time I need to order medical equipment I will look elsewhere first.

This was the product I needed BUT This was the product I needed, but it took 2 weeks to receive. You’d think that a medical supply company would have more than just the slowest shipping time one could purchase.
