GBWorst customer service - Edited for update Worst customer service. Emailed them 3 times plus 2 phone calls to get a simple issue resolve. Repeated my story over and over and over again. So frustrating. I just wanted antibiotics for a sinus infection. From now on all just sit in an Urgent Care waiting room. PS: every time I called them I "coincidentally" got a spam text the next day selling me health insurance. *after reading my review here, customer service finally contacted me and refunded my visit. They said they are working on having the situation I encountered resolved. I am willing to try them again next time I get a sinus infection and will post another review"

GBHealth Advice Just Got Easier! I'm really impressed with what I've seen from HealthTap. Originally, I thought they wouldn't get much more than "WebMD" type advice, but this site really rocks. I've never felt more secure in the decisions I've made about my health, and at the same time, I get great, expert opinions that help me make the most of my health finances. Absolutely recommend!

GBHealthTap is great and good option when traveling HealthTap is a great program. The app is easy to use and most important, the doctors are top notch. The consultation via video call is simple, personal and efficient. I picked up my prescription in 30 minutes. A great resource especially when you are traveling and need an urgent consultation!

GBgood doctors but deceptive pricing. I liked the doctor on health Tap my issue is with the app and the deceptive advertising. Frist of all they don't actually take any insurance but tell you to pay for your visit first while they bill you insurance but never actually bill you insurance so you can't even get credit for your deductible or out of pockets expenses. there is not way to send you health records to another provider. its either pay 129 for 10munites or 44+59 every 3 months to get regular primary care. if you don't have insurance its fine but if you do just go to a regular dr office.

GBHaving a regular doctor for every visit is everything. HealthTap was recommended to me by a friend last spring when no one was leaving the house. It's come in incredibly handy when I needed my son to listen to reason after an injury - won't listen to mom, will listen to our HealthTap doctor. Pretty great to be able to have that conversation at a moments notice instead of waiting god knows how long for an appointment. Since we can keep a primary care doctor with HealthTap, its not some random app doctor I send him to for this stuff - it's the same doctor every time, so he listens. As a mother of a teenager this is worth A LOT more than $15 a month to me.
