Hard to get actual help Still waiting after 2 days for a response to a 'free' question. Decided to take advantage of the 30 day trial for a paid subscription for faster answers. Asked a new question and learned that a) only the primary care docs are free -- everything else gives you a modest discount. And even there, I couldn't seem to connect to a doctor. Just got sent to a list of questions similar to mine. So I canceled my free trial after a couple of hours. A question I'd asked a few months ago DID get an answer (fairly quickly, IIRC) ... which made it pretty obvious that he hadn't actually read the question since the answer was not relevant. And the 150 character limit for your questions makes it impossible to give any sort of detail, making the odds of an accurate answer even lower.

Frist of all they don't actually take any insurance but tell you to pay for your visit first while they bill you insurance but never actually bill you insurance so you can't even get credit for your deductible or out of pockets expenses. there is not way to send you health records to another provider. its either pay 129 for 10munites or 44+59 every 3 months to get regular primary care. if you don't have insurance its fine but if you do just go to a regular dr office.

Plagued with selective hearing, he was only listening to some of the patients symptoms, and unable to explain his reasoning for why he made his choice to deny medication. When pressed for an explanation for his reasoning, he just said "That's my advice, take it or leave it." Rude, stand-off-ish, and stubborn. Unacceptable for someone who is supposed to be "helping". Would not recommend to anyone.

Exceptional HealthTap is an amazing company that erases the distance between you and the physician. HealthTap managed to establish an environment where communication with a doctor became so simple and natural than ever. Today medical help closer then you can imagine. I definitely recommend having this application on your phone. Even if you don’t need medical help right now, one day this app could save you.

Health Advice Just Got Easier! I'm really impressed with what I've seen from HealthTap. Originally, I thought they wouldn't get much more than "WebMD" type advice, but this site really rocks. I've never felt more secure in the decisions I've made about my health, and at the same time, I get great, expert opinions that help me make the most of my health finances. Absolutely recommend!
