I understand narcotics need to be extensively searched out.. but everyday prescriptions that are $4 at Walmart? No call for it.. healthtap just moves money from one doctor to another while the end user suffers.. aka Ponzi scheme

So this is why my doctor is on HealthTap to get extra cash for responses and not responding to my email questions through regular hospital visits and wanting to know more about my condition. Of course doctors would spend there time on here for extra cash and not at their desk at the office to reply to their regular patients questions. Makes sense now.

Its a SCAM anyone subscribing for this service , its a simple online scam. Simple model sell service to 100 and give service to 10. If you pay them money then just sit by your phone for next 36 months and wait and if that doesnt tire you out then keep sending emails for days for your refund, which you will never get back. by the way they have NO PHONE number to call, so you send emails and wait for them to reply ( if they will ) best option visit a live doc or find another online service that charges you after they connect you with a doc

cancelimg my prescription I was sent a email from them, threatening to cancel my membership bc i called a doctor 3 times with a 7 day period. In the term description, it states that you have 5 visits to use within a 7 day period, before they warn you about canceling your prescription. Which I don’t even think is fair if we’re paying do so every month.

What a waste of money What a waste of money. I wanted to ask a doctor about a medication I was prescribed by my regular doctor because after researching it, I wasn't entirely convinced that it was safe. I would have gone to my regular doctor but it would have been a while before being able to see her because she travels. The online doctor didn't answer my question about whether or not it was safe. He basically just told me that if I have concerns then I shouldn't take it. Definitely NOT worth the money.
