GBcancelimg my prescription I was sent a email from them, threatening to cancel my membership bc i called a doctor 3 times with a 7 day period. In the term description, it states that you have 5 visits to use within a 7 day period, before they warn you about canceling your prescription. Which I don’t even think is fair if we’re paying do so every month.

GBOverall a great service, but beware of false advertising Overall, a great service. Free educational answers to many common medical questions, and many uncommon questions as well. Gets 4/5 stars because I've had trouble in the past with what seemed like false advertising. I purchased a premium plan based off of advertising of a free consult with a specialist, only to find out that the premium plan only includes limited primary care. I requested a refund and they did not budge even when I showed them documentation. Overall, though, a very unique and useful app.

GBWhat a waste of money What a waste of money. I wanted to ask a doctor about a medication I was prescribed by my regular doctor because after researching it, I wasn't entirely convinced that it was safe. I would have gone to my regular doctor but it would have been a while before being able to see her because she travels. The online doctor didn't answer my question about whether or not it was safe. He basically just told me that if I have concerns then I shouldn't take it. Definitely NOT worth the money.

GBgood doctors but deceptive pricing. I liked the doctor on health Tap my issue is with the app and the deceptive advertising. Frist of all they don't actually take any insurance but tell you to pay for your visit first while they bill you insurance but never actually bill you insurance so you can't even get credit for your deductible or out of pockets expenses. there is not way to send you health records to another provider. its either pay 129 for 10munites or 44+59 every 3 months to get regular primary care. if you don't have insurance its fine but if you do just go to a regular dr office.

GBExtra Cash for Doctors Apply Here Crap! So this is why my doctor is on HealthTap to get extra cash for responses and not responding to my email questions through regular hospital visits and wanting to know more about my condition. Of course doctors would spend there time on here for extra cash and not at their desk at the office to reply to their regular patients questions. Makes sense now.
