Very poor customer service Very poor customer service. Took days to respond. Had to send numerous emails! Extremely disappointed!!!!!

I love Benefit cosmetics I love Benefit cosmetics. I discovered this company over 20 years ago, and there customer service is fantastic. I had a wonderful experience with a representative who was working at the Sephora location at Yorkdale. This lady was fantastic. I regret not knowing her name. She didn't have to help me, but she did. I was trying to find a product, but they did not have it. This woman went out of her way to try to help me. The other thing that really impressed me with Benefit Cosmetics is that they don't discriminate based on age. This woman is older, and Benefit Cosmetics should praise her. I am. This woman is an inspiration. Gives me hope that even though I am older that I still have something to offer this world. I love your company.

Had my eyebrows shaped and tinted by… Had my eyebrows shaped and tinted by Annika in the Chelmsford boots, such a lovely lady. Made to feel at ease she showed me where my eyebrows should start and finish and how to fill in the gaps etc. very pleasant experience and I have rebooked Many thanks

Abby in John Lewis Norwich was so… Abby in John Lewis Norwich was so lovely, she listened to what I wanted and gave great advice, I’m so pleased with my brows which were waxed and tinted and I also had a lip and chin wax, very happy will definitely be going back!
