GBGood but not great! I have mixed feelings about Benefit. Some of their products like the Precisely My Brow pencil and The POREfessional primer are holy grail status for me - I can't live without them! However, a lot of their other products have been miss rather than hit. Their boxed powders and blushes seem to lack pigment and their mascaras and bronzers just don't wow me. I also find some of their cutesy retro packaging to be a bit overdone. Overall quality is good but not mind blowing.

GBGreat product let down by poor service I love benefit products but the service leaves much to be desired. Ordered my products a week ago, money out of my account, however, still yet to receive any form of despatch or shipping notification, sent 2 emails to the company who can't even seem to confirm if my order has been despatched or not. Upsetting as a long term customer.

GBTerrible, Awful, unprofessional, slow. Terrible, just awful, the worst company I have ever dealt with. Slow, unhelpful, disappointing, just avoid them if you can, I’ll never buy anything of theirs again just out of principle. And they will announce what is inside the box so if you have bought a Christmas present I’d suggest sending elsewhere as they are a bunch of tone-deaf unhelpful unprofessional time wasters
