Thank you! For years I’ve struggled with my eyebrow shape but Kim & her colleague swept in and took full control and didn’t let me leave until it was PERFECT!!!!

GBI received a broken bronzer 3 weeks… I received a broken bronzer 3 weeks after ordering it. Benefit asked for front and back pictures to review it. After one week of waiting again i called, spent 20 mins on hold and they said they don’t know why anyone hasn’t gotten back to me. No apology whatsoever. I asked to speak to the supervisor and the representative said there is no supervisor available. I will never order from benefit cosmetics again

GBHad my eyebrows shaped and tinted by… Had my eyebrows shaped and tinted by Annika in the Chelmsford boots, such a lovely lady. Made to feel at ease she showed me where my eyebrows should start and finish and how to fill in the gaps etc. very pleasant experience and I have rebooked Many thanks
