I would have given five star once… I would have given five star once… I used to love their range years ago but more recently they have reduced the range in a huge way. Ingredients change to their tinted moisturiser, my skin had an awful reaction. Porefessional seems to make my foundation sit in my creases worse. The boing concealer is still a really product and is their brow pomade. But now the brow palette is huge with three colours and three powders, I only use two! Seems very wasteful. Original dr feelgood was a fantastic primer and smelt great but no longer available. Such a shame.

Avoid Boots Covent Garden! Avoid Boots Covent Garden! I’ve been Benefit customer for over 15 years and have spend thousands of pounds on their products. Staff are usually lovely and very helpful in all the department stores I’ve been to over the years. Well unfortunately that can not be said about their Sunday girl at Boots Covent Garden. Young, pale complexion girl with wavy, brown-ish hair up to her shoulders was not knowledgable and plainly rude! Shocking attitude while talking over me. The worst beauty shopping experience yet.

Bad customer service I boight the Jumbo pore primer which I had received in a Christmas set as a mini, the Jumbo is a completely different texture! Really greasy and oily, I sent proof of this and they asked me to return for a refund or exchange, I asked if I was to repurchase, could you gaurentee it wouldn't be the same and she couldn't, said to exchange for something else... Really bad service

Poor customer service and shipment I made an order on Nov. 28th and 10 days later still not shipped. They refused to cancel my order because it has been "processing". After several emails through their online contact form consulting my order status, they blocked my email address. Worst online shopping experience ever. Never shop with this company again.
