GBHigh beam What's happened to the size of the bottle!!!!!!!!!!!!! Received my new bottle yesterday and it's literally 50% smaller but not the price of course!!!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusted. Last time I'll be ordering anything from Benefit.

GBRip off delivery from the Benefit website Ordered some eyecream and makeup and paid £4.95 for "express delivery" expecting to receive it the next day as I'd ran out and wanted it quickly. Got the goods 4 days later (standard free shipping says 2-4 days) and when I complained, got an email saying if you don't order before 3 on a Friday, they don't despatch until Monday. Absolute rip-off and customer services are a joke. Will buy from Boots or reliable places like Look fantastic or Feel Unique in future and never the Benefit website

GBI would have given five star once… I would have given five star once… I used to love their range years ago but more recently they have reduced the range in a huge way. Ingredients change to their tinted moisturiser, my skin had an awful reaction. Porefessional seems to make my foundation sit in my creases worse. The boing concealer is still a really product and is their brow pomade. But now the brow palette is huge with three colours and three powders, I only use two! Seems very wasteful. Original dr feelgood was a fantastic primer and smelt great but no longer available. Such a shame.

GBI received a broken bronzer 3 weeks… I received a broken bronzer 3 weeks after ordering it. Benefit asked for front and back pictures to review it. After one week of waiting again i called, spent 20 mins on hold and they said they don’t know why anyone hasn’t gotten back to me. No apology whatsoever. I asked to speak to the supervisor and the representative said there is no supervisor available. I will never order from benefit cosmetics again
