GBRip off delivery from the Benefit website Ordered some eyecream and makeup and paid £4.95 for "express delivery" expecting to receive it the next day as I'd ran out and wanted it quickly. Got the goods 4 days later (standard free shipping says 2-4 days) and when I complained, got an email saying if you don't order before 3 on a Friday, they don't despatch until Monday. Absolute rip-off and customer services are a joke. Will buy from Boots or reliable places like Look fantastic or Feel Unique in future and never the Benefit website

GBI absolutely love their brow products I absolutely love their brow products, I have oily skin, and they truly are the best! I love that they are cruelty, free, and offer many colors and formulas. I feel like they are very middle of the road price wise which is nice, and they do offer travel sizes so you can try products before investing in the larger ones. I highly recommend benefit cosmetics, especially for brow products.

GBPoor customer service and shipment I made an order on Nov. 28th and 10 days later still not shipped. They refused to cancel my order because it has been "processing". After several emails through their online contact form consulting my order status, they blocked my email address. Worst online shopping experience ever. Never shop with this company again.
