Poor customer service and shipment I made an order on Nov. 28th and 10 days later still not shipped. They refused to cancel my order because it has been "processing". After several emails through their online contact form consulting my order status, they blocked my email address. Worst online shopping experience ever. Never shop with this company again.

I received a broken bronzer 3 weeks… I received a broken bronzer 3 weeks after ordering it. Benefit asked for front and back pictures to review it. After one week of waiting again i called, spent 20 mins on hold and they said they don’t know why anyone hasn’t gotten back to me. No apology whatsoever. I asked to speak to the supervisor and the representative said there is no supervisor available. I will never order from benefit cosmetics again

I love Benefit cosmetics I love Benefit cosmetics. I discovered this company over 20 years ago, and there customer service is fantastic. I had a wonderful experience with a representative who was working at the Sephora location at Yorkdale. This lady was fantastic. I regret not knowing her name. She didn't have to help me, but she did. I was trying to find a product, but they did not have it. This woman went out of her way to try to help me. The other thing that really impressed me with Benefit Cosmetics is that they don't discriminate based on age. This woman is older, and Benefit Cosmetics should praise her. I am. This woman is an inspiration. Gives me hope that even though I am older that I still have something to offer this world. I love your company.

Pricey but great. Need bigger bottles for price please 💜 Love benefits cosmetics. I ordered Wednesday night. Spent about 140 on items. Pore professional, agent zero, matte gel ect. Item turned up in standard 2 days So happy I got this before bank holiday. And the package itself when I opened the box was amazing. Thanks so much. Will definitely be purchasing again 💜 amazing products! Just amazing! Maybe bigger bottles for price but other than that. That's my only gripe. Definitely recommend benefits cosmetics to anyone who hasn't tryed them 😊

Bad customer service I boight the Jumbo pore primer which I had received in a Christmas set as a mini, the Jumbo is a completely different texture! Really greasy and oily, I sent proof of this and they asked me to return for a refund or exchange, I asked if I was to repurchase, could you gaurentee it wouldn't be the same and she couldn't, said to exchange for something else... Really bad service
