GBI would have given five star once… I would have given five star once… I used to love their range years ago but more recently they have reduced the range in a huge way. Ingredients change to their tinted moisturiser, my skin had an awful reaction. Porefessional seems to make my foundation sit in my creases worse. The boing concealer is still a really product and is their brow pomade. But now the brow palette is huge with three colours and three powders, I only use two! Seems very wasteful. Original dr feelgood was a fantastic primer and smelt great but no longer available. Such a shame.

GBBad customer service I boight the Jumbo pore primer which I had received in a Christmas set as a mini, the Jumbo is a completely different texture! Really greasy and oily, I sent proof of this and they asked me to return for a refund or exchange, I asked if I was to repurchase, could you gaurentee it wouldn't be the same and she couldn't, said to exchange for something else... Really bad service

GBGreat product let down by poor service I love benefit products but the service leaves much to be desired. Ordered my products a week ago, money out of my account, however, still yet to receive any form of despatch or shipping notification, sent 2 emails to the company who can't even seem to confirm if my order has been despatched or not. Upsetting as a long term customer.

DEGirls just wanna have fun If you're not yet a makeupholic, beware, you'll probably become one after this website. Benefit makes the most wanted and beautiful cosmetic products, and yet fun, but quite expensive. I'd recommend to test the products before, due to their high price. (Don't do like me, I bought couple random stuff and then the colour just didn't fit with me :/) You can find stands on Sephora shops. Benefit knows what girls want, and that's kinda trouble sometimes; I mean, the packaging and first sight form the products is indeed awesome, but then the quality and smell too! They really have unique products you may wanna get them.

GBI received a broken bronzer 3 weeks… I received a broken bronzer 3 weeks after ordering it. Benefit asked for front and back pictures to review it. After one week of waiting again i called, spent 20 mins on hold and they said they don’t know why anyone hasn’t gotten back to me. No apology whatsoever. I asked to speak to the supervisor and the representative said there is no supervisor available. I will never order from benefit cosmetics again
