Great in every way but one! Bulbs great! I'm an artist and wanted 5000 K LED bulbs and they are exactly what I needed. Nice and bright! Only negative: When opened the box, you had used those awful styrofoam chips that we have to fish out and dispose of. The 6 bulb packages were wrapped together in small-scale bubblewrap but wish you had wrapped the whole group in large-scale bubblewrap instead of chips. I can't be the only customer who sighs with disappointment at seeing those chips!

Damaged and wrong items delivered 3 times The first 2 shipments were damaged and after 3 weeks I'm still waiting to return the first shipment. The final shipment was not damaged enough to send back, but wrong bolts were sent. I guess it was a good thing I still had the first shipment or I wouldn't have been able to use it still! Although the price was very good I don't think I will be using this supplier in the future because of the hassle and amount of time it set my project back.

My purchases light quality good. Construction of lamps is poor quality. Had issues assembling UltraLux 70w HD Torchiere, pin connections did not fit together without modification. Had issue installing bulb on BlueMax 70w Desk Lamp, bulb bracket is undersized and bulb broke attempting installation. Had to buy replacement bulb.

Less options than before I remembered making purchases from full spectrum in the past and the desk lamps were available in mutliple finshes. They also seem to have done away with the selection of compact flourescent torchier lights. I do not know what to expect with the l.e.d. torcher lights. I had an issue with a balast that needed replacing on a desk lamp only a year after purchase. I was told to buy another balast. I am not used to replacing anything on the lamp expect the bulb so I was not too happy.

Prompt service. Questionable return policy. When the bulb I ordered was faulty, I was outraged that their policy suggested I would need to pay return postage. I complained and they clarified the return policy and mailed a replacement bulb. Well packaged and responsive customer service.
