Much improved! Replaced the 70W sunset bulb from ~15 years ago. Although both were rated 70W, the new one is notably brighter than the original. All of your many products we or our children are exceptionally fine. Merry Christmas, Happy New Year & thanks to everyone at Full Spectrum Solutions.

Prompt service. Questionable return policy. When the bulb I ordered was faulty, I was outraged that their policy suggested I would need to pay return postage. I complained and they clarified the return policy and mailed a replacement bulb. Well packaged and responsive customer service.

Floor Lamp The floor lamp looks great, but it is only a task light. It illuminates the immediate area only. Do not expect it to light up the area several feet away. It was not easy to put together because of having to stuff the extra cord into the lamp tube, but through trial and error we finally got the dang thing together. The lamp does not accomplish my needs, as I have to pick it up and move it across the room for additional lighting in another area of my sewing room. Do not want to purchase another floor lamp for each area. Perhaps I should look into other lighting for this room. I will still be able to use this floor lamp for tasks but am sad that it did not solve my lighting issue. Not the product's fault.

FAULTY DESIGNED FLEXIBLE NECK!!! Should have become wary when reading warranty data; hinted at MANY returns experiences. Adjusted the head four times (Flexible Neck); resulting in a FAILURE of the connection of the "Flexible Neck" and the bulb-holding head. Now I have an embarrassingly hanging neck with the light shining at 90 degrees from the post!! Of course I didn't store the 54" shipping container so I'm S--t out of luck. Should have bought from a store a lower-priced lamp recommended by my ophthalmologist. What a SPECIAL!! BUT LOOK AT THE MONEY I SAVED!! NEWS FLASH!!!!! Company contacted; apologized AND are sending a NEW replacement along with the "Authorized Return Label" so the faulty lamp can be packed in the NEW shipping container and returned at the company's expense, Thank YOU!!

Less options than before I remembered making purchases from full spectrum in the past and the desk lamps were available in mutliple finshes. They also seem to have done away with the selection of compact flourescent torchier lights. I do not know what to expect with the l.e.d. torcher lights. I had an issue with a balast that needed replacing on a desk lamp only a year after purchase. I was told to buy another balast. I am not used to replacing anything on the lamp expect the bulb so I was not too happy.
