No acknowledge of my order. My order has not been acknowledged as received other than this request for a review. The credit card has been debited but there has been no shipment notice or any communications from the company regarding the status of the order. The debit was charged on February 2nd.

Review of floor model of lamp I would like to say I am very pleased with the lamp. It is sturdy and very good looking. It was hard to put together, some of the covering on the white plug connector seemed to be black electrical tape and it was not staying on. Also we got it together and when we plugged it in it make a popping nose and smelled funny, so we unplugged it. The bulb never lite. I want to request a return slip and a new lamp. This one does not seem to be up to your reported standards.

No one answers the telphone, replies to emails, or responds to website calls for assistance. I have had three of their lights for many years, but recently the light box started to malfunction. After two weeks of trying to reach a telephone representative, I finally got lucky and reached someone who helped me to get replacement bulbs. Well, my unit is still not working properly, despite the new bulbs, and I have been trying to reach them via telephone, email, and website for several days again now. No one answers in any way. I think that the company does not want to honor its "lifetime warranty." This is such a shame as they at least make (or made) good products. My advice would be to avoid this company until things improve.

CUSTOMER SERVICE, and then some!!!! I have two Blue Max lamps. I got them initially, to give me a "Boost" during the long, dark, rainy days after my Mom passed. These lamps helped me so much! NOW, they are both experiencing some aging issues, after SEVERAL years of faithful service! I called, about the switches that had given out, within 2 days, there were switches in my mail box, with simple, handwritten instructions for replacement! Now, the bulbs seemed unable to brighten, again, the gal that I spoke with told me how to replace them, with very little effort, and is sending new ballasts. This kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE is unheard of anymore, what a breath of fresh air!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Damaged and wrong items delivered 3 times The first 2 shipments were damaged and after 3 weeks I'm still waiting to return the first shipment. The final shipment was not damaged enough to send back, but wrong bolts were sent. I guess it was a good thing I still had the first shipment or I wouldn't have been able to use it still! Although the price was very good I don't think I will be using this supplier in the future because of the hassle and amount of time it set my project back.
