GBreplacement bulb doesn't fit I paid $30 for a new bulb and I'm very disappointed the it was modified and doesn't fit my desk lamp properly. The base of the new bulb is smaller, so it doesn't snap into place like it should. I know my lamp is old, but the model number is the same as the old bulb, no reason for the modification.

GBReview of floor model of lamp I would like to say I am very pleased with the lamp. It is sturdy and very good looking. It was hard to put together, some of the covering on the white plug connector seemed to be black electrical tape and it was not staying on. Also we got it together and when we plugged it in it make a popping nose and smelled funny, so we unplugged it. The bulb never lite. I want to request a return slip and a new lamp. This one does not seem to be up to your reported standards.

GBSCAM! Items massively marked up I paid $120 for a light up alarm clock that felt extremely light and cheap, and it arrived not functioning. It would not light up for the sunrise effect. It was replaced, but still a low quality item. I searched online for a different brand and found the same, absolutely identical in every way, unit selling for $22. I purchased a different brand from a different company for the same price, around $120, and the difference was night and day. I received a high quality product with a little weight to it that outperformed the rip off full spectrum solution clock in every way possible.

GBLess options than before I remembered making purchases from full spectrum in the past and the desk lamps were available in mutliple finshes. They also seem to have done away with the selection of compact flourescent torchier lights. I do not know what to expect with the l.e.d. torcher lights. I had an issue with a balast that needed replacing on a desk lamp only a year after purchase. I was told to buy another balast. I am not used to replacing anything on the lamp expect the bulb so I was not too happy.

GBWebsite says open, where's the people? I ordered an expensive bulb by telephone. It was delivered but does not work. I have been calling Full Spectrum all morning, using any of the options, to be able to get someone on the phone. As of 12.45pm there is no answer on any option, nor any response to my email. Their website says they are open. Regardless of Covid, they need to have someone at least answering the phone of sales and/or customer service! Very disappointed.
