GBCUSTOMER SERVICE, and then some!!!! I have two Blue Max lamps. I got them initially, to give me a "Boost" during the long, dark, rainy days after my Mom passed. These lamps helped me so much! NOW, they are both experiencing some aging issues, after SEVERAL years of faithful service! I called, about the switches that had given out, within 2 days, there were switches in my mail box, with simple, handwritten instructions for replacement! Now, the bulbs seemed unable to brighten, again, the gal that I spoke with told me how to replace them, with very little effort, and is sending new ballasts. This kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE is unheard of anymore, what a breath of fresh air!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

GBFull Specctrum Lighting The light is delightful and it is a great plus to be able to adjust the brightness as needed. However, the base needs more ballast in it. The lamp cannot be adjusted with one hand - it skates all over the desktop because the base is too light. Also, it would be advisable to make the "goose neck" more flexable as it is it mostly shines in our eyes and is difficult to adjust to a lower level.

GBWebsite says open, where's the people? I ordered an expensive bulb by telephone. It was delivered but does not work. I have been calling Full Spectrum all morning, using any of the options, to be able to get someone on the phone. As of 12.45pm there is no answer on any option, nor any response to my email. Their website says they are open. Regardless of Covid, they need to have someone at least answering the phone of sales and/or customer service! Very disappointed.

GBreplacement bulb doesn't fit I paid $30 for a new bulb and I'm very disappointed the it was modified and doesn't fit my desk lamp properly. The base of the new bulb is smaller, so it doesn't snap into place like it should. I know my lamp is old, but the model number is the same as the old bulb, no reason for the modification.

GBReview of floor model of lamp I would like to say I am very pleased with the lamp. It is sturdy and very good looking. It was hard to put together, some of the covering on the white plug connector seemed to be black electrical tape and it was not staying on. Also we got it together and when we plugged it in it make a popping nose and smelled funny, so we unplugged it. The bulb never lite. I want to request a return slip and a new lamp. This one does not seem to be up to your reported standards.
