Torchiere lamp excellent value Excellent LED lamp with speedy shipping. The lamp was packed in its cardboard board within a internal protective styrofoam enclosure. The only issue I had which had NO effect on the lamp was that the original tape around the box end flaps seemed to be lacking. The top flaps were slightly opened on one end and the bottom flaps were open with the tape not holding any of the flaps together. The cardboard box probably could have used a re-taping of the flap seams on the top and bottom.

replacement bulb doesn't fit I paid $30 for a new bulb and I'm very disappointed the it was modified and doesn't fit my desk lamp properly. The base of the new bulb is smaller, so it doesn't snap into place like it should. I know my lamp is old, but the model number is the same as the old bulb, no reason for the modification.

Damaged and wrong items delivered 3 times The first 2 shipments were damaged and after 3 weeks I'm still waiting to return the first shipment. The final shipment was not damaged enough to send back, but wrong bolts were sent. I guess it was a good thing I still had the first shipment or I wouldn't have been able to use it still! Although the price was very good I don't think I will be using this supplier in the future because of the hassle and amount of time it set my project back.

My lamp does not work! I was so excited to get my lamp! To finally get some relief fro SAD however the darn thing not working! Maybe lightbulb maybe not so you are sending a replacement bulb to NH and we shall see! These lamps are not cheap and now it is a waiting game! If it's not the bulb I have to package the whole thing up and send it back do you not test things before you ship them very disappointed and can barely do anything these days and now stuck with broken lamp not happy!

Undecided I purchased the floor lamp for my 90 year old father for the brightness. I purchased a desk lamp for myself. My father had stopped using his because the dimmer wasn't working properly and the bulb was flickering. I took the bulb out and found two small cracks and blackening at the bottom of a couple of the tubes. I purchased two new bulbs on sale and have not installed one yet to see if it cures my father's problem. I have been happy with my desk lamp though I only use it on the fully dimmed setting, which leads me to wonder if I should have gotten the lesser wattage light.
