Torchiere lamp excellent value Excellent LED lamp with speedy shipping. The lamp was packed in its cardboard board within a internal protective styrofoam enclosure. The only issue I had which had NO effect on the lamp was that the original tape around the box end flaps seemed to be lacking. The top flaps were slightly opened on one end and the bottom flaps were open with the tape not holding any of the flaps together. The cardboard box probably could have used a re-taping of the flap seams on the top and bottom.

Poor customer service, poor communication We recently ordered a lamp from Full Spectrum Solutions. When we received the lamp, it was NOT the product ordered, since the lamp included the wrong light bulb (two choices were offered, and they sent one we did not choose). When we contacted the company, we were then informed the bulb ordered was on backorder. This fact should have been communicated to us before the order was fulfilled. The substitution was not approved by us, and we were not given the option to wait until the correct bulb was available. The firm now wants us to pay to correct their mistake (ship the wrong bulb back at our expense). And their return forms make the exchange solution proposed by them to be not permitted by their own rules (must be in original packaging - we got packaging for a lamp, not a bulb). The situation is still unresolved, and we are very unhappy with this situation, and our experience with this firm.

Prompt service. Questionable return policy. When the bulb I ordered was faulty, I was outraged that their policy suggested I would need to pay return postage. I complained and they clarified the return policy and mailed a replacement bulb. Well packaged and responsive customer service.

My lamp does not work! I was so excited to get my lamp! To finally get some relief fro SAD however the darn thing not working! Maybe lightbulb maybe not so you are sending a replacement bulb to NH and we shall see! These lamps are not cheap and now it is a waiting game! If it's not the bulb I have to package the whole thing up and send it back do you not test things before you ship them very disappointed and can barely do anything these days and now stuck with broken lamp not happy!

Damaged and wrong items delivered 3 times The first 2 shipments were damaged and after 3 weeks I'm still waiting to return the first shipment. The final shipment was not damaged enough to send back, but wrong bolts were sent. I guess it was a good thing I still had the first shipment or I wouldn't have been able to use it still! Although the price was very good I don't think I will be using this supplier in the future because of the hassle and amount of time it set my project back.
