USI was in this store on 4/20/24 4000… I was in this store on 4/20/24 4000 Towne Center Drive Louisville, KY 40241. I was waiting for help and the person behind the counter would not give the time of day. this not the 1st time this has happened. I have shop here for years and I can say no more. all I can say GNC and amazon will be getting my business from now on.

USGreat experience at physical store I'm surprised about the negative reviews here but seems they're mostly related to online experiences. I visited a physical store on 8th avenue. I was looking for D3 + K2 complex which is not easy to find and received very professional guidance from the staff. They were not pushy at all and very friendly. I'll definitely come back!

USVitamin Shoppe Lost a Customer I decided to order from Vitamin Shoppe online so I didn’t have to drive around to find a product. After ordering a bottle of Codeage Glutathione 1000mg, I received a bottle of the 500mg. I called and complained, they resent the WRONG product again. I called again and all they could do is tell me they would have the warehouse look into it and then offered for me to either get a 48-72 hour window for FedEx to pick it up or that I could return it to a store. Who sits around their home that long?? This completely defeats the whole reason I even ordered from them. Rest assured, this was the first and last time I will be.

USHow is this acceptable? They are sending items to my old address, after I updated to my new address. Customer support said they may not be able to cancel all of the order. That’s weird. So they are going to still charge me for items I can’t receive? Yep. That’s exactly what’s happening. So now I have to contact my bank’s fraud department to get my money back. How does Vitamin Shoppe think that their handling of that mistake is ok?
