Very good company I trust shopping at this site. I've made several purchases of products, and everything has been packaged well and has arrived in great condition. I've never had to contact customer service about any issues so far.

Store #101 Brandon FL Bathroom not working Loyale Vitamin store shopper and while at ask clerk to bathroom. He stated they were out of order. It seems very odd for a facility that focuses on health to not have place wash hands / other personal. How are the employees functioning. I spend about 120.00 per month in this store but may now turn to GNC as there bathroons are working

BEWARE....HORRIBLE customer service BEWARE....HORRIBLE customer service. Every basic level, front line telephone rep is as rude as can be. When I asked to be transferred to a supervisor I was told that everybody answering the phone is considered a supervisor. That's laughable. It's almost as if they get rewarded to be A-holes. I called corporate level 2 and got the same bad attitude. I will take 100% of my business to Bodybuilding.com The Vitamin Shoppe has earned a big fat grade F.

I was waiting for help and the person behind the counter would not give the time of day. this not the 1st time this has happened. I have shop here for years and I can say no more. all I can say GNC and amazon will be getting my business from now on.

Great experience at physical store I'm surprised about the negative reviews here but seems they're mostly related to online experiences. I visited a physical store on 8th avenue. I was looking for D3 + K2 complex which is not easy to find and received very professional guidance from the staff. They were not pushy at all and very friendly. I'll definitely come back!
