I was in this store on 4/20/24 4000… I was in this store on 4/20/24 4000 Towne Center Drive Louisville, KY 40241. I was waiting for help and the person behind the counter would not give the time of day. this not the 1st time this has happened. I have shop here for years and I can say no more. all I can say GNC and amazon will be getting my business from now on.

I recently applied for a job at Vitamin… I recently applied for a job at Vitamin Shoppe (an unnecessary “e”, it’s just Shop). Speaking of making things complicated, I think the reason I was not considered for the position was because of racial differences. I had all the skills and experience that they asked for, the interview went really great, and I’m jutting surprised why I didn’t make it. I waited patiently and calmly but this is just not fair. I’m not saying because I got rejected and I’m hurt, it’s actually because I believe it was a perfect match and they wanted to not hire me beacuse of my skin color or my Ethnicity. Promised service falling way short. Placed an order totaling 26 items which were said to be shipped within 48 hours. 72 hours later, 1 received, 7 have shipped and the remaining 18 items still nothing. Stores are low on stock and online is even worse as far as delivering on standards set by themselves. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
