GBI recently applied for a job at Vitamin… I recently applied for a job at Vitamin Shoppe (an unnecessary “e”, it’s just Shop). Speaking of making things complicated, I think the reason I was not considered for the position was because of racial differences. I had all the skills and experience that they asked for, the interview went really great, and I’m jutting surprised why I didn’t make it. I waited patiently and calmly but this is just not fair. I’m not saying because I got rejected and I’m hurt, it’s actually because I believe it was a perfect match and they wanted to not hire me beacuse of my skin color or my Ethnicity. GBMeh. This site always have the ingredient, magnesium stearate, in the products. This thing keeps breaking me out. Not everybody reacts the same way as another; you should at least research the ingredients before you blindly put it into your body. With such cheap products, I'm not that surprised with the side effects.

GBAwful inventory system. Many items out of stock with no notification until days later. I'm a Vitamin Shoppe customer and have placed many online orders in the past. I'd say about 30% of the time my order is delayed due to items that are out of stock but continue to be sold on their site. Many times, notification of the delay status doesn't come for 5 days or more, and then the expected ship date is another 2 weeks from that point. Customer service reps are friendly but of little to no help as all they can do is repeat what you already know. This is yet another business that will continue to lose business to competitors such as Amazon, who seem to have a monopoly on the best real-time inventory system out there.

I knew what I wanted and immediately got it and brought it to the register. He sees me standing there but ignores me for quite a while until he was ready to acknowledge me, then he very mammy with me. How hard is it to be Polite and use Miss or just be more kind. The product itself is great and I'd like to shop there again but not if I'm going to endure that.
