GBWhat a cluster F!! Set up auto delivery for a supplement but had to cancel it because there is no human that can help you with any problems. You get directed to a completely garbage website that signs you out once a second. I'm not exaggerating! Pathetic that a multi million dollar company cares nothing for customer service. Spent 30 mins with three different people that had no clue how to help me.

GBGreat Product Line and Top Unique Selection Vitamin Shoppe for me has one of the best overall brand selection/flavors/specialty items that other supplement shops simply do NOT. I'm confused by the reviews of people taking out their poor protein powder experiences on the shop that sells them. They are not the manufacturer. I've not dealt with their customer service line, but all of the workers and cashier's I've dealt with have made my visits a wonderful experience. I am very happy with my experiences with Vitamin Shoppe in Sandy, Utah!

GBMeh. This site always have the ingredient, magnesium stearate, in the products. This thing keeps breaking me out. Not everybody reacts the same way as another; you should at least research the ingredients before you blindly put it into your body. With such cheap products, I'm not that surprised with the side effects.

GBAwful inventory system. Many items out of stock with no notification until days later. I'm a Vitamin Shoppe customer and have placed many online orders in the past. I'd say about 30% of the time my order is delayed due to items that are out of stock but continue to be sold on their site. Many times, notification of the delay status doesn't come for 5 days or more, and then the expected ship date is another 2 weeks from that point. Customer service reps are friendly but of little to no help as all they can do is repeat what you already know. This is yet another business that will continue to lose business to competitors such as Amazon, who seem to have a monopoly on the best real-time inventory system out there.

GBVitamin Shoppe Lost a Customer I decided to order from Vitamin Shoppe online so I didn’t have to drive around to find a product. After ordering a bottle of Codeage Glutathione 1000mg, I received a bottle of the 500mg. I called and complained, they resent the WRONG product again. I called again and all they could do is tell me they would have the warehouse look into it and then offered for me to either get a 48-72 hour window for FedEx to pick it up or that I could return it to a store. Who sits around their home that long?? This completely defeats the whole reason I even ordered from them. Rest assured, this was the first and last time I will be.
